Chances are, I remind you of someone you've never met before ;)Fun loving kind person looking for someone with good, or at least ok values. I love life so I believe you should enjoy it. My faults are smoking cigarettes, and I'm a musician for a living. (plus a day job) Other than that I am perfect. :)I do have and endorse dreams and aspirations....they can keep you going, that and the desire to make improvements. So, I am pretty much a regular person, and most anyone likes me. So then why do I think I need the internet? Hmmm.... that's a tough one.Well, that's my profile, it's all I got for now. Dumpster-diving. I would want to see what you would pick first, then maybe go from there. ... So grab a sense of humor.

I love music - it is really the driving force for me. My friend and I have been playing open mics lately. Maybe I'll get a band together too. I am not really a mainstream guy - I don't watch TV, and only slightly keep up with sports. That said, I do like football; I just don't make the time to get caught up in it. I am more into the arts, especially music (see my first line, above). I have a PhD in philosophy, so I can have a deep conversation. But usually I try to stay on the humorous side. I will relate best to an intelligent woman, but you don't have to be an intellectual. If you are intuitive, sensual, easy-going and have a good sense of humor, then I'd love to meet you, I have a good job but don't define myself by my career. Besides my full-time job, I teach philosophy classes at a local university. I am also involved with some local non-profits.I practice Buddhist meditation. It helps me be chill, and also a better person. It's not at all necessary that you do the same; it's just something to know about me.Although I may not be the best at talking about current pop culture (since I don't watch TV), I think I'm a good conversationalist (once you get used to my oddball sense of humor). I am introverted so have trouble meeting people at bars. Plus, that's not a great way to meet, for ***, people who don't drink! So here I am! First date can be anything that gives us a chance to talk. If you would like to go to a nice restaurant, I'm happy to buy you dinner (or lunch, brunch, etc.) A walk in the park could be just as nice, especially on a nice day. If we go on some more dates, I like events such as concerts and plays. They are fun and give us something to talk about. So if you like to go out and do something on a Friday or Saturday evening, then let's get together and do it!
