I've traveled a lot and lived in the Caribbean but no matter where I was my favourite times have always been evenings of laughter with close friends at a house party. I enjoy social outings like a hike with friends to places in NS that I haven't been to yet. I run, or should say I try to run :o) , to try to keep myself reasonably fit. I'm also someone who needs quite a bit of down time. I often love to be home evenings and just watch a movie on tv.My goals are not too become rich or change the world, I simply want to live with a good balance between work and life. I think in past years I let work take over my life and I've made changes so now I have more time for having a laugh, eating well, and getting outdoors more.I'm generally a very calm person living a relatively quiet life but if the chance arises to have some fun I'm up for it.-jumped, hiked a blah, blah, blah. Now I'm looking forward to new adventures. Older style Country music hurts my head lol, but some of the newer Country music can be fun. Something very casual like a coffee or lunch, or something active like a hike or walk along a trail.

I am looking for someone fun to spend time with and see where it goes from there. A good balance between work and play is important, not always easy to do but I try my best. Being positive is a must have, if you see the cup half full like I do then that is wonderful. I am not about being perfect, but I do want to be better today than I was yesterday. I like to walk every day, nothing clears my head like a hour long walk with my dog at the end of the day. Live music is a favorite of mine, I have a wide variety of taste in music. I like just about everything from 60's forward, and country sometimes. Small venues and outdoor venues are great too. Love road trips and traveling and hope to do more of it. So far the most fun place I have ever been is Argentina, hope to go back one day. I like to grill out and hang out with friends, attending sporting events, time on the water. I am open to just about anything that sounds like fun, and since I am new to the area there is a lot to see and do.In the end I am looking for someone to enjoy life with, where it goes is something we'll figure out over time. New job, new adventure. There is so much to do and see here in the bay area. Would be nice to see it and do it with someone I enjoy spending time with. Meet and go for a walk and talk. Or maybe meet for a drink and see what happens from there. Coffee is good too !
