what a long, strange trip it's been (credit to Grateful Dead). back in my mid-20's i had alot of good things going, but needed a special relationship to keep me directed. Then when i met me ex-wife it helped frame things for me, and i built a life to support a family. And the ride has been a good one until pretty recently, and suddenly i look around and realize i've come full circle. lot of good things going on, but in need of a special relationship to help make it make sense. i have 3 great kids who are now greatly struggling young adults. i work out every day because it strengthens my will when i push myself and it relieves the stress. Looking for someone that believes in a loyal, mutually supportive relationship, that likes to dream big while we figure all this out. Lets see now....I put dating down for what I am looking for...I feel that you have to start with dating before it can lead to something more. Also I am a very affectionate guy...meaning I like to hold hands, hug, and kiss. I show these feelings openly so looking for a woman who feels the same. If you feel uncomfortable with holding hands or a nice kiss in public ( not the kind that people yell out " Get a room")...lol.... than you are not for me. ( have been told I'm a good kisser...blush ).I love hockey, and CFL football. If there is a Canuck or Lions game on TV I'm sitting on the couch with a glass of wine or a cold beer watching it, having said that by no means am I saying I can't fit someone or something into game night ( but you better be cute for me to miss a game......LOL ). I do not watch basketball. And the only time I watch baseball is when it is playoffs.Wow...you still here after my sports habits...lol coolI am open minded ..meaning I understand people have different views and philosophys about most things. Being open minded to me means that you try to understand where that person is comming from and respecting them for their ideas. With me it's not my way or the highway...and I expect the same in return.This is the most I have typed in a very long time....lolIf your still here, thanks for putting up with my ramblings...lolI enjoy a night of cuddling while we watch a movie. I don't need to go out to have a good time, but I do enjoy it.I like cooking...am pretty good at that. I have a great mussle recipe. Yes I love seafood.
