Still undiscovered, Christian man, believing you are out there searching for me.I have so much to offer the right person in a committed and loving relationship. Even though holding back and waiting on God's timing has been difficult, I still believe in 'True Love' and strong bonds. When things click and I open my heart, my sensitive inner character will shine brightly.Trying to describe all the treasures that await the winner of my heart would be a disservice to the anticipation of discovery (a little patience here is key). But, in the spirit of full disclosure, I should say that I have the most amazing blue eyes which most photographs do not properly capture (I was told to write that). I like to have meaningful and intelligent conversations while being playful and humorous (goofy observations like, “Humor is funny, Good Humor is tasty”). It is fairly common for me to be affectionately called a “dork” (I don't necessarily like it). I am very personable and attentive in comfortable surroundings. I'm real. Inventive and unique are some of the surprises you'd find in me. The only people that ever thought I was “boring”, were those that never took the time to really understand my zany style. So, if you 'get me', you've got me.I am a strong believer in equal partnership. Gender roles and 'game playing' are not a part of how I see respectful adults acting towards each other. “Expectation is your biggest loss and anticipation is your greatest gain.”- words to live by. Although 'demure' sounds old fashioned, that quality in a woman appeals to me, along with a balance of some 'forwardness'. Sweetness is the beauty of the soul and I am drawn to that.I tend to be very accepting of others in a general sense, yet to be a match, there needs to be some commonalities. Getting to know another person well, in my opinion, requires an open and inquisitive mind, the ability to suspend rash judgment, and, among other things, the desire to compensate positive and negative traits (we all have them). I am willing to take the 'bad' with the 'good' as long as there is more goods. Ha! And so should we all.The remaining chapters of my life are yet unwritten. I love being with people who are genuine, interesting AND interested, those who like to engage and not just talk AT me. I like making a good living and I'm great at what I do, but it will never come before family and health. I've had jobs with great responsibility, traveled to many parts of the world, but, if I could make a living at it, I would spend my time as close to the ocean as possible, writing short stories, journals, and never look back. I like just about anything decadent and delicious in moderation. Exercise is an essential component of my life. I'm not a gym junkie, not obsessed with perfection, but fitness and healthy living have always been, and always will be part of my life. If you don't live a healthy, fit life, if it's not truly essential to you, we are not going to be a match. So much more to say, but I wanted to write enough to make sure it resonates with you. If so, the rest really can happen!...relaxing, breezy, comfortable, time passes by unnoticed, and the turns never result in us skidding out of control. It really doesn't matter what we do on our first date, as long as we can hear each other talk, and sit comfortably together.

    When I say imperfectly perfect, I feel as though I speak for everyone. Aren't we all? I've been a LPN for twenty years now. I currently work in an acute neuro/pulm center. Many of the people I work with are vent dependent and/or quads. I enjoy what I do, but it really teaches you not to take your health and life for granted. Enjoy each day and don't be afraid to go for the things you want. I like to talk and I love to laugh. With that, I love to make others laugh. I have a decent group of friends and I do have to say, some pretty funny guys. Hanging in the city is something I enjoy, but never too busy for a walk in the country. History fascinates me, I like to visit the sites. The shore, the mountains, it's all good to me. Dining out is cool, so is eating in. I cook pretty well for a guy. I'm neat as well.
