Guess I am the guy who is a friend to all but not the one that they want romantically. I am fine with that. I would rather have a great friend than anything else. I feel that this is the beginning basis for any relationship. I am a bit rough around the edges but do clean up nicely and can hold my own in society. I have a decent sense of humor albeit a bit off color on occasion.. I love animals, kids, the outdoors, cooking, reading and many other activities. The thrill and majesty of making it to the summit of a mountain is one of my favorite feelings. I love meeting different people from all over the world and hearing about their culture. I have traveled extensively overseas in the past and have a broad base of experience with different cultures. I feel that all have something to offer in the walk of life and that we should all learn to accept people for their differences and to respect these differences.     As I've entered my 40's, I realize the importance of not sweating the small stuff. I am trying to enjoy life as it happens. Striving to be mellow and stress-free. That would have really bothered me twenty years ago, but the funny thing is in my 40's, it really doesn't matter too much! I like getting older. Something low key that would allow for some good conversation. Probably a drink or coffee at a nice place that is not so loud that we can't hear each other.
