Set atop of mushrooms sautéed in butter and vermouth. Grilled to a perfect medium rare! Food blog 2:Orange peel chicken with sugar *** blended rice. I can't stake claim to the recipe. It's a copycat recipe of PF Changs, but it tastes just as good if not better than what they serve. Great dish and easy to make. Recipe is easily found on the net. About me:I really enjoy cooking. I make a pretty tasty roasted tomato salsa. Love to fire up the smoker to smoke pulled pork and ribs for a small group of friends. I dislike seafood, but made lobster tails and beef tenderloin for a past holiday dinner.I enjoy sports, but I haven't participated in any for some years now. Is poker considered a sport? I bowl every other Sunday in a fun mixed league also. I know ... not exactly your full contact rah rah sports, but they keep me busy.I recently downsized into a condo. More free time for me.I work for one of the big three. No, I'm not on the line. I have a technical position in the product design department behind a computer mostly. Currently work on 2nd shift, but it's not permanent. I like a variety of music, but I'm not a big fan of country. My main preset go to stations are:89X, WRIF, The Ticket (sports channel), WCXS, DOUG, The River, and WOMC.TV shows you'll find on my DVR that I'll probably never get around to watching would be way to many Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Modern Family, 30 Rock, The Office, Survivor, The Amazing Race, The WSOP (poker show). Food Network and DIY channel are probably my two favorites. I enjoy all types of movies. Prefer to watch them on the home theater, but will get out to the show when a movie calls for a much bigger screen and better sound.I consider myself to be rather mild mannered, kind hearted, easy to talk with, and enjoy a good laugh even at my own expense!
