** UPDATE- I apparently forgot to add this part... if you are on here, people assume you are single, and actually ABLE to keep a date if you make one. Don't waste other people's time if you are not single, or you are not in an emotional state to actually have a date. Buy a dog or something. Better yet, buy a cat. Cat's aren't loyal creatures! I am a single parent, and if I actually make time to have a date, then I keep it. I expect that you should do the same. My time is limited, and it is valuable. If you have an abundance of time due to your lack of employment, you shouldn't play games with those that are serious about finding someone. Ok, I have finally decided to add just a bit more info on my profile here. I had to wait until the mood struck me before I could write something coherent, realistic, and maybe just a bit humorous. So here goes.... Random facts about me-This is my second time trying this site out. I was married for 13 years; I've been divorced for 9.I'm self employed. Have been for 17 years. I do well.I have 2 wonderful sons. 19 and 14. My 19 year old still lives with me and has for the last 6 years.I may kick him out if he has just ONE MORE WRECK in my car!Women that are intelligent, and can hold a great conversation are a turn on!I honestly think women are more superficial than we men are. This site proves it! If I see one more profile saying that all they want is a good hearted man, I think I will puke! Truth is, they want a man with 6 pack abs, tattoos, and a lenient probation officer. ( I ain't that man, lol!)I have never been, nor will I ever go bungee jumping. I cannot stand serial daters.I have very deep religious convictions. I am also probably one of the least judgmental people you will ever meet. We have all made mistakes, and we will all continue to do so. The most important thing is, have we LEARNED from them. I always prefer brutal honesty over a lie, no matter how bad it may hurt! I have not always been selective on who I have chose to go out with. I am now. I will no longer settle. You shouldn't either.When joining a dating site, people should try to represent who they are as HONESTLY as possible. Please be who you say you are. I promise I will do the same.(I gotta throw out one small barb to the ONE date I have had from here....) If you choose to go out with me, or any other man on this site, PLEASE do not give your number to another man that just bought you a drink while STILL ON YOUR DATE.... That is definitely NOT a good idea, lol! Sometimes the walk home can be a real *****! (And before you ask, YES I DID!)I love to travel. I love ANY warm place with a beach!One of my all time favorite things to do is to ride jetskis. Loneliness sucks. Being with someone that makes you miserable (or being with someone that YOU make miserable) sucks worse!Humor is HUGE for me in a relationship. Well, that's a start for me, I guess..... it is a little more than the 3 or 4 lines I had before. I might add on as I go.
