Hmmm, what to say, I am kind of quiet and a bit shy until I get to know someone, and even then I do have my moments. I do tend to be a bit strait forward, okay blunt, although I do try to use tact, sometimes my button sticks, and I have been told that I have an... interesting sense of humor. I enjoy going for drives, reading, the occasional movie. I don't know what they really want in this section, the most successful dates I have been on have been pretty much a "play it by ear" affair. I do insist on give and take on a date, I feel that it should be a mutual thing. Normally you can learn alot about a person by what they enjoy doing on a date, and if it's all one sided. lol, now that I have your attention, here is a little bit about myself. I am a very laid back single father who enjoys fixing up my house with a six pack on the weekends. I like to travel to new places and spend my down time with my family and friends. I prefer hanging out in a quite bar or a back porch rather then a crowded loud club. I dont spend my afternoons watching sports, as I'm not really a fan. I'd rather do something hands on like take my daughter for a bike ride or a walk on the nature trail. When I watch movies I really prefer chick flixs, and I'm not just saying that lol! I listen to a variety of music but I prefer country. I defiantly do not like hip-hop or rap music. People describe me as down to earth, genuine and funny. Some people have told me I'm a bit of a talker, and I'm pretty outgoing. I enjoy a simple life and would like to find someone who also enjoys the simple things. For a first date I would not go to a movie or any other place were we could'nt talk and get to know each other. Something like dinner with drinks after would be fine with me. Or even lunch or coffee is an idea. Some place quite and public so there is not alot of pressure where we can be casual and get to know each other.
