I am a confident, intelligent, man who is a little shy in the beginning. I love to cook, and try new recipes. Of course the best recipes are the ones I just throw together on the fly.I believe there are two types of people in the world ... those that like The Beatles, and those that like Elvis. I happen to be a Beatles fan, but who doesn't love "Suspicious Minds?" My iPod is very diverse. Everything from Eric Clapton to Eminem. P!nk to Bozz Scaggs. Having music play while I cook is always entertaining.I'm a history buff, so I like to explore and find the story behind people and places. St. Louis is full of interesting little tidbits.
