About Me

Things about me:My favorite dish to cook is Chicken Tchoupitoulas...grilled Cajun chicken breast served over spicy potatoes, ham, scallions and mushrooms and topped with a zesty Bearnaise sauce....mmmmm....Bearnaise.I'm an excellent pool player and love all sorts of games (except the relationship kind)."John Dies at the End" is the best book I've recently read.My two favorite shows right now are Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire.I'm a "numbers geek" who wants to become a professional sports gambler in the not-too-distant future.I love going to reggae shows...the rest of my musical taste is Anything But Country.;pinky" I'm pretty sure this will be the last place I'll live in the United States...but maybe another country could be in my future? Hmmmmm.I've worked in restaurant industry for 30 years now, holding every title there is from dishwasher and busboy to GM and Chef. I even owned my own catering company for quite a few years, so I know how to throw a party! Right now, I am a lead server at one of the best steakhouses in the country and absolutely love my job even though the hours, weekends, and holidays conspire against me in the search for quality female companionship...Things about you:Most of the women I've been interested in and dated have been much younger than I am...maybe it's because I work in an industry of 20-somethings who make me feel younger than my age?I can't really say that I have a "type", except that I gravitate towards women who are my size or smaller. You've got to be intelligent, ballsy, opinionated, driven, and passionate about something (hopefully it's not God...pretty sure I can rule that characteristic out...sorry).It would be nice if you are interested in sports...at the very least not AGAINST them since my "second job" definitely involves my watching games on a regular basis.Also...could you not be totally obsessed with your phone? Thanks, that'd be great. All in all...I'm a funny, sarcastic, intelligent, nice guy who is looking for someone special to spend some quality time with. I'm very affectionate and believe I bring quite a bit to each and every relationship I have. I'm not very into the Vegas club scene but have quite a few great connections to have a fantastic time whenever I do go out on the town! Happy Fishing from one of the guys who actually READS your profile... That depends on where I meet you in the first place. On line like this...probably coffee/smoothie/quick late night drink would be best to see if both parties are still interested. The idea for the date should click then or we're not headed in the right direction...
