I work hard and I travel some for work, but I like to have good quality time when I am home. I enjoy cooking and good conversations. Pretty much into enjoying life and meeting new people. Not into drama.. just keeping it easy and enjoying life. I am pretty basic when it comes to my everyday. Go out for coffee or a bite to eat. Preferably some place outside where we can have a chance to talk and get to know each other. Maybe a walk around the lake or a bike ride.. or a coffee at Starbucks.

I am honestly not sure exactly what I am looking for but I am certain about this, I want to meet an outgoing, fun, attractive woman who enjoys being active. Movies, dinner dates, finding special events to take part in and just living life. I am a secure man who truly understands a woman needs space but I also feel she needs a good friend to make her laugh act sill and simply enjoy life. If you are looking for a no strings attached friend then please reach out, I would very much like to meet you. I enjoy all woman who are real and are really looking for some quality time with a gentleman who has a good control on his bad boy side that we all have. Hit me up if your interested, you wont be dissappointed I would hope it would start and end with a good conversation. I love a good meal at a place where you can actually hear each other talk. I enjoy a nice glass of wine and a variety of music. A first date should be, just that a first date and the best first date would be one where time is forgotten, I believe we both would deserve the time to get to know each other. I would hope her beauty, charm and intellect would certainly have me asking for date two before the evening was over.

Thanks for checking out my profile. Sorry I don't have any current photos of me. My camera broke and I just haven't invested in a new one. Anyway, I haven't changed much, just added a few more years ... and maybe around ten - fifteen pounds (I'm not good at estimating that stuff). I'm a seasoned traveler -- I speak conversational Spanish and German. I'm quite adventurous ***I won't tell how far unless you ask.) So there's narry a thing I won't try once ... er, more or less! I have been spending a lot of time working on 'me' lately, which sounds compeletely stupid and trite and probably what everyone writes, but I really have been. And it has been a very ... revelatory experience. So my personal growth has been sort of a priority lately.I've also been spending oodles and oodles of time trying to start up my own business ... or something that approximates a business. It has to do with journalism. That's all I really want to say about that here. Don't want to give away too many things right away. I've been here for a little over two years now, and like it more and more every day. Sometimes I find the people a little hard to get to know -- a little 'stiffer' or stand-offish than I'm used to. I guess that's a midwestern thing. I guess that's why I'm on here, too. I'm looking for someone with a fresh perspective on life, who's thoughts tend toward new ideas and creative expression throughout their life. I think the first date should be very relaxed -- as relaxed as possible -- while trying to balance that with fun and things that keep up both of our interest. I think there should be a good environment to chat, like a quite calm bar or a park. I think eating should somehow be part of the first date. Food is very calming and comforting for both. So a little food. A little fun. A little interesting this and that.
