Not really sure if this was one of my better ideas. What the heck though never know if you will land on your feet if you don't take that jump.About me I guess you would say I'm a bit fearless when it comes to trying new things. Always seem to find a way to make lemon aide out of lemons.Not really sure what it is I am looking for......but have a pretty good idea about what I am not looking for.I have a good sense of humor. Some say it's a bit out there some times.....but hey if you don't like to laugh I probably don't want to talk to you anyway. After all the whole dating thing at this age is kind of a bummer so no use in being all uptight about it. If you can be your self and enjoy some honesty, and be real things are much more fun.I like all kinds of music with the exception of depressing stuff. Not really a huge part of life.If you are shallow or can't handle conversations on an adult level I would say good luck to you. I am very easy to get along with just asking for the same.I suppose after reading some of the profiles on here I should follow suit. Of course being original and honest never gets any ones attention. So it seems the pattern is as follows (in the male character of course). I am a single dad of three wonderful kids, whom come first. Not a lie on my part took a break from social life till they were old enough to understand things. The one thing that baffles me is why pretend you are not trying to find something that you are missing. You would not be here if you were not missing something whatever that may be. My I landed here cuz I work a lot so don't get to go out on the town much. The bar scene is kind of out unless you are looking for that type of thing pretty scary. Well that should weed out the ones who have a broom stick up their....... Ok maybe that is a bit out there.........So I say it will be a surprise. I am pretty spontanious.

    I'm a pretty normal, well adjusted, easy going guy....at least that's what the doctors at the looney bin told me ;) I like to live life, and not worry about the past or stress about the little things. Having served in the Marines I have found that the typical every-day stresses aren't really that bad after all, and that a positive outlook will get you a long way.I appreciate someone that can say what's on their mind, has no problem being affectionate and can go after what they want. A woman that can back up her talk with actions. I'm very outgoing and like to socialize, and never have a problem fitting it at any occasion. I think every first date is different...I guess it all depends on the person, and what they like to do, and what the mood is...from drinks at happy hour, to a nice dinner, to a concert....and even a round of putt-putt or bowling.
