And now for something completely different - Monty PythonFirst and foremost I am an artist. I live, eat and breath creativity. I really really like movies, music and art. It would be amazing to find someone who is into any or all of these too. I am the type of person who actively reads news about all three of these subjects. I look forward to new movies coming out, new albums and new artists. I think it is important to find someone with similar interests. I like all types of movies. As far as music, I like alternative, EDM, alt metal and good classic rock like zeppelin, floyd, beatles, etc. I like all types of art from realism to surrealism.I am a very creative and intelligent person. Although I like a lot of different styles of music, I love EDM, Electronic Dance Music (Techno). I am not an adrenaline junkie. I am looking for someone who is a bit more grounded, cerebral and doesn't need to almost kill themselves to be entertained and have a good time. That does not mean I am boring, it just means that I am not addicted to my adrenal gland secretions and I am into doing creative things. Here are some things I like to do with my partner? Watching movies and TV, Going to the beach, picnics, coffee shops, book stores, museums, weekend getaways (St.), driving around, listening to music, cooking, live music, trying an ethnic/unusual restaurant, you know things where the two of us spend quality time together.I lost my father to pancreatic cancer last December. Before he passed away he made me promise to get healthy. So, I have recently lost 80 pounds. I still have another 30 to got but It will happen. I am at the Gym 6 days a week for about an hour of fairly intense weight lifting. (That's an actual hour and not one where I stand around talking to people half the time, LOL). I am also on a very low carb/fat diet, no bread, pasta, corn etc. I eat mostly vegetables and fish/chicken. I can cheat a little on dates though :)Some of my better qualities...- Honest, loyal and not into games (really! No drama here***Great sense of humor, love to laugh- Educated and Intelligent- Confident but not**** or arrogant- Active Listener - Polite, Courteous and respectful- Attentive and Affectionate but not needy- Not jealous or possessive but not aloof and indifferent either. - I'm a nice guy but not a pushover. - Down to Earth - Stable Job for over 8 years that requires periodic *** checks.Stuff I'm into...Authors -****nson, Bram Stoker, Charles**** R.Movies - So many to choose from but...O'Brother Where Art Thou?, The Big Lebowski, The Art of Getting By, Garden State, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Silver Linings Playbook, Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Dr. Zhivago, Gandhi, Breakfast *** Tiffany's, 300, V for Vendetta, Beowolf, The Hudsucker Proxy, The Ladykillers, Book of Eli, No Country for Old Men, LOTR --EDM - Electronic Dance Music - Trap, Dubstep, Trance, Electro, Complextro, GlitchAlternative/80's Alternative, New Wave, Punk, IndustrialNu-Metal/Alternative MetalClassic RockReal Jazz (I hate smooth jazz)Some POPa lot more except country music and Nickelback. (I have to admit that I like "Cruise"-0, Futurama, Stargate, Chopped, I really can't stand all the hillbilly/swamp moron reality shows like Duck Dynasty. I also can't stand a lot of reality shows but I do like Storage Wars and Parking Wars. I believe the first date should be casual. Lunch or Coffee to start near a park and if things are going well, a walk in the park to continue talking. If everything goes well, the second date would be more serious and planned out.
