Mostly, football, cycling, the gym and walking. I like to take part in duathlons too. (my swimming is atrocious so triathlons are a no-no at the moment - they won't let you wear armbands for some reason) Weather permitting, hiking along the Pembrokeshire Coast or up a mountain in the Brecon Beacons is another favourite. I would like to travel abroad more but not simply to expose my skin to that (rarely seen at home) yellow orb!I enjoy watching films but I hardly watch any TV. Like to read, virtually anything, fact or fiction will do.I love music and most genres - well I have spanned a few decades. I like going to see live music too, Biffy Clyro and an Icelandic classical composer been the most recent.Yes, I do have children, both total opposites but both totally perfect. Thankfully, I see them regularly. Somewhere to walk/talk/think and do just that.

Well Hello... As you may have gathered from the headline, I'm more likely to use self-deprecating humour than make comparisons of myself with sliced bread. Like most of the people on here, selling yourself is not one of my skills.
