I\'m pretty simple. I\'m easy going and I enjoy having fun. Don\'t really enjoy the bar scene. Looking for someone that is interested in cars maybe could teach me a thing or two about them.

Man. 44 years old. Zodiac sign: Taurus.
Looking for: woman. In age: 41-51
I'm very easy going. I'd describe myself as an optimistic realist. I've been described by others as funny, a good listener, sarcastic, sweet, kind, caring, compassionate, honest, patient, thoughtful, intelligent, successful, a smart ass, creative, handy, talented, insightful, fun...of course many words lead nowhere so you'll have to form your own opinion.I'm seeking a long-term relationship, but open to meeting new friends along the way. I'm not looking for the "perfect woman" as I certainly am not perfect. I want to find someone who is a great match for me and for whom I'm a great match. Everyone is looking for someone who is attractive, witty, fun, intelligent, healthy, successful, kind, honest, loyal, etc.. Aside from the usual, I'd like to find a true partner. Someone who has self-esteem and is self-aware, cultured, passionate, fit (or actively working on it), adventurous (meaning actively seeking new experiences, not necessarily a daredevil) and active (but doesn't have to be going all the time). More about me if you have some time to read this:I'm very open, easy to get along with, easy to talk to and easy to get to know. I don't take myself too seriously and usually avoid those who do. I'm great with kids. Some would say it's because we're at the same maturity level. I would say it's because I'm just very in-touch with my inner child. I'm a pretty good cook. I'd say Italian is my "specialty", as it seems to come naturally (I'm part Italian), but I like to experiment with other ethnic cuisines. I'm not fond of washing dishes though. Don't worry, I'm not an alcoholic and, no, I'm not in denial. I love music. I'm not a music nerd but I'm into a lot of obscure stuff. I also like a lot of old swing jazz, blues, 60's garage/psychedelic rock, classic rock, punk, indie, electronica, even some old country and bluegrass. I sing and play several *** used to write and record music and played in several local bands. I'm pretty handy. I can do pretty much anything related to home repair/renovation and I'm usually working on some project around the house. It may take me a little longer than normal to complete certain projects because I can be a bit of a perfectionist sometimes and can be a bit clumsy as well so I occasionally have to pause to try to stop the bleeding (smile).I have a successful career and enjoy what I do. I've been a licensed Customs Broker for over 20 years and a systems engineer for 10. I now use my unique skill-set to oversee global regulatory compliance of IT services. I work with people all over the world on a daily basis. One of the perks is that I get to work from home (or anywhere I have internet access), so I have a lot of freedom and flexibility. I also invest in real estate, so being handy comes in...well...handy. I like finding obscure, out-of-the-way places. I usually avoid chain restaurants. I think Starbucks tastes burnt. I don't mind dancing but I don't usually like clubs. I prefer small dive bars with a cool jukebox or live band and/or a good beer/wine/whiskey selection. I'm very sociable and enjoy being around fun, intelligent people but I can usually get along with just about anyone. I enjoy friendly flirtatious banter and deep, intelligent conversations. I'm always open to different perspectives. I like to laugh and to make others laugh...or at least make them smile. Sometimes they just groan and shake their heads. First meeting: Something low-key...drinks at a quiet bar, coffee...something mutually agreeable.First "Date": Dinner at a nice restaurant. Possibly an art show. Something quiet so we can talk. It would also depend on what was happening about town. If there was something cool that would interest us both, that would also be an option.

Hello :)My main goal is to find my partner in life and enjoy the success we both have built together. I always find a woman who isn't afraid to say what's on her mind and is some what independent attractive. However, if you can live life being single or not in a committed relationship meaning you feel you'd be happy either way, please move along. Your too independent. Lol...I love to travel and take weekend road trips to new places and old favorites. It is always good for the soul =) I'm very happy staying home and really any time spent together is time I enjoy. I am a very laid back person who can go with the flow whether it be staying in preparing a dinner together, hanging with friends, or enjoying each others company while out on the town. I am a very ambitious driven person who is self employed and self sufficient. It would be great to meet someone who could share in the entrepreneurial spirit. It can be difficult to balance personal and business life but I am learning personal life is priority. I'm looking for a long term relationship. Not interested in "just for fun dating". I hope to meet a person who is family oriented, wants kids/has kids, has a good job, and enjoys sharing their thoughts and feelings. The little things in life are the best be it a call out of the blue to see how your day is going or to find a note in your pocket simply saying I love you. I would love to find someone who appreciates all facets of a committed relationship having someone who knows you better than anyone else, that one person whom you can rely on no matter what, the first person you can't wait to share the good news with! So, if you want to know more and are a good snuggler, send a message and let's see where things go. :) I'm very open and love to try new places or hit an old favorite. I think it should be a situation where we can talk and get to know one another for the first date anyways so maybe dinner at a cozy restaurant would be a good start.
