Hello I'm Sam, I was on here a while ago and had a couple of dates through the site but didn't reallygive it a proper go.I have to stay pretty fit for work and train five days a week for 2 or 3 hours, swimming, spinning, running, weights, cyclingall the usual stuff I guess.
