About Me

I am a 49 year old Christian woman. My faith is the most important aspect in my life. I have two beautiful grandchildren that are the sparkle in my eye. I LOVE KY football and basketball. I spend as much time at the lake as possible. My favorite getaway is the beach. I consider myself funny, laughter is a must as i feel it is medicine for the soul. I am a practical joker, i enjoy contemporary gospel music. country music, old rock and roll, about anything but opera. I am not a typical girly girl although if the occasion calls for it I can walk in heels. I prefer flip flops, tennis shoes a good ole pair of cowboy boots and a camp fire over candle light.. I dislike cheaters and liars. I can bait a hook, shoot a gun and not afraid to get my hands dirty. Being a Christian does not make me boring, on the contrary my faith has opened my eyes to live life to the fullest. I am an affectionate person and when i love I love with all my heart. I feel it s my place to walk beside my man and not in front or back, I am very independent but in a good way. I am looking for someone that can be spontaneous, that loves the outdoors, someone that will be my best friend........ in addition, although this should not be an issue everyone is entitled their beliefs and opinions. I have not been online very long but the fact that my daughter is bi-racial has been an issue. Yes her father and I were married, he was and still is a wonderful father. He and his wife of 23 years are great grandparents and I have a good relationship with both of them. My daughter was not a mistake and resent being ask if she was. So if this is an issue I am not the person for you, so please don't waste my time or yours. My idea of a first date would be something simple, coffee, dinner or brunch to just get to know you better. If the interest is mutual the second date more adventureous. I have always wanted to Zip Line. Learn to Snow Ski. or go deep sea fishing.
