A little about me: My hopes are to meet some great people and in particular 1 great person who rocks my world! I don't mind casual dating while I am looking for "Ms. Right" as sitting home is not my ideal for habitual fun. Sure I enjoy a few shows on TV but that is why they invented the DVR. I'm easy going, fun, passionate, intelligent, open and honest. Life has been good and I'm just looking for someone to share it with. Someone to do anything with, try out a new restaurant, go to sporting events, laugh with, cook with or for, I love to cook for someone, will you help load the dishwasher though? I want someone that I can learn with, grow with and share all the moments with, big and small. Having that someone will make it all that more interesting and fun! Sense of humor is a must. I am considered by some (those with a sense of humor themselves) to be very quick and funny with jokes out of left field as well as a bit quirky. I think that is important because it can help to break an awkward moment, if one were to arise. I want to be someone's cheerleader when something good or exciting happens, but also be the shoulder for them to cry on when something upsetting takes place. I can be the most gentle person and would never intentionally hurt anyone. I never want to be considered a pushover because I am accommodating to a lady I am with.I don't have many turnoffs at all...... The one that comes to mind are tattoos. Being of Jewish decent it is something that is typically frowned upon and not something that I find attractive. Other than that, I am not very judgmental.Being able to be there for someone through the good times and the tough makes a relationship stronger and is another building block in my opinion. Do you agree?I am a single father of an 8 year old daughter who is with me 50% of the time. I am looking for someone who can accept the fact that she needs me as a father as that is role #1 and that special someone with have tons of time where I can devote 100% of my attention. An 8 year old goes to sleep kind of early so even nights she is with me we would be able to chat, etc.I love to drive and having someone of interest in the passenger seat next to me, fingers interlocked together on the center console with the sunroof opened and listening to music as your hair blows in the wind. We drive with no preset destination and when one of us gets hungry we pull over and use Yelp or the navigation system to find a place that is new to both of us. Creating experiences together is a thought that gets me excited as it is another building block of a relationship. Also, isn't cuddling with someone you care for the most amazing feeling in the world? I was raised primarily by my mom so chivalry is not dead with me. I was taught how to properly treat a lady, respect, etc. I open car doors, door to places we enter and exit, hold an umbrella over you so you don't get soaked, drive closer to the door so you don't have to run through the puddles if you are dressed nicely. From what I am told this is not common these days, why not? It shows that you care! I ask one favor of any lady that gets this far into my narrative. I would like to know if there is anything in particular that jumps out at you and made you uninterested in my profile. I have thick skin and think that in life we need to accept criticism and I welcome your feedback to help me make my profile a better read to those that show an interest. I am entering this with opened eyes and hope that in the end it is a storybook you will help me to write. Don't know what to put here. I like painting and photography. Hiking, the grateful dead. Music and partying. Read philosophy, and love sci-fi. Ride horses and own a few. I work 3rd shift. Seems like anymore that work is taking my life over. Have 2 kids, 7 yr old girl, and 11yr old boy. Two things I definitly did right. I lIke havin a good time with what ever I'm doin. I went to the Art *** Ft. Loved to paint landscapes, abstract, non-objective and surreal.Music i like***Nirvana, Janes addiction, chilli peppers, rage against the machine, beastie boys, sublime, blind melon, smashing pumpkins, bob dylan, the doors, etc. Never actually did much dating. Got with my ex-wife shortly after turning 18. And now at 37 we are splitting up. So i guess ive been outta the game for awhile. I just want to be happy and have a good time. I think keepin things simple would be the best start.
