God how hard is this, talking about yourself - How do you make yourself sound appealing without coming across as bigheaded !Ok well I would describe myself as a nice guy, who frequently goes out of his way to help others. I'm no 6'2 model but I do have a good heart and like to live my life happy. I am an optomist and hopeless romantic, no matter what the past has brought I believe the future will be better. I have a job I enjoy, a car that gets me from A to B, I love food and enjoy cooking for others. I'm currently improving my body/fitness with long walk and gym sessions. I'm one of those people that believe you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Seeing that I'm now 40 I am looking to date someone nice and hopefully find a soul mate with whom I can share the joys and pitfalls of life with. I have a GSOH and love nothing more than having a good laugh and joke. Im decent, honest. affectionate and enthusiastic. I don't accept that as we get older we should settle for watching tv at opposite ends of the sofa every night. I want a stimulating life with a woman who is looking to join me in a happy, loving and trusting relationship. Mush, but true!Im 38 but I feel and think younger. Probably have to stop thinking that I dont look it ;-)I have a good job which I enjoy but I look forward to 5pm. I have my own car and I rent (by choice) my own place. Im close to my family and Ive a really good set of mates.Id describe myself as outgoing, funny, thoughtful, energetic, confident, open, romantic, sometimes shy, able to hold an intelligent conversation but also I like to not be too serious. Feedback has suggested that I should mention that Im a hairy man...as in chest hair and I generally have stubble most of the time...i don't really like the clean shaven feel/look. Not scruffy though. Maintained! Apparently that kind of info could be *** stop now cos the list is endless...Go on message me and stop thinking he's too old, boring, not got a mirror shot with his pecs out etc etc. Obviously you've got to think I look a bit of alright to msg me but Im much better in person than on a web page ;-) Bar, drinks, chat, laughs and maybe a cheeky snog if there is a spark!Or we could just spend 6 months ***
