Working out ***days a week not only for physical health but, mental strength is very important in my life. I do live in a fun upbeat way and I find most people don't really enjoy the easy parts of life and forget to laugh, even at themselves. They typically miss the beauty of the small things right in front of them. Guess that's why I look and act so young...
