This is my reboot! There are some terrific people here but I haven't found the one who makes my heart race when he sends me a text or gives me a quick call. Places, people and things I enjoy: I grew up on the east coast so I love water and beaches and I don't care where the sand gets! Life seems to be going quickly so taking time to "chill" is essential. I am looking for a smart and funny man who enjoys music, friends, quiet evenings at home and dressing up for a special evening out. I am hoping that you can express himself and his opinions. Tell me what you're thinking-I know you aren't a mind reader and my crystal ball is on the fritz so lets be open with each other! I don't want to argue about politics but a spirited discussion can get the blood moving. I am a smart woman with an interesting life (at least I find my life interesting!) I have good friends and work hard to BE a good friend. To me, it's not the number of people in my life but the quality of people I surround myself with. A healthy lifestyle is also important. I love wine and mourn the loss of Twinkies but in general I eat well and maintain a fitness schedule. I work out 4 times weekly; yoga, cardio-endurance classes, swimming and weight lifting are part of my weekly regime. The "no drama" clause we all see...please, we're human and unless we live in a bubble...there is going to be some drama. I don't create it and don't want to bring drama into my life but when it appears I handle it-how is that for real? Friends can help each other through those times, as well. Random thoughts: I love music of all kinds and there are small venues where I can sit and listen to local musicians and that is probably my favorite way to enjoy a group. New and different kinds of foods are a passion. I enjoy the theatre and am part of the arts in my community-I am an organizer not the talent!I'm looking for someone special and there has to be a spark. It's indefinable but we'll feel it or not. Being an entrepreneur always means being able to say, “I did it my way”. I am a hard worker and have worked consistently since I was 14 years old. In my twenties and thirties I did a lot of modeling and owned 2 modeling & promotion agencies. I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and am always learning new things! I have a bachelor’; merchandising, licensed cosmetologist, a post-’; a licensed Realtor!; diverse education! I have even been a certified hypnotherapist, an ordained minister, an armed private investigator & an USDA certified wild animal handler! But I’ll save those stories for later…I am health conscious, without being a food fanatic. I used to be a vegan but now I love a good steak and a man that can grill anything! YUM! I enjoy working out. P90X is my favorite but also do Insanity, Zumba & 10-minute trainer when I am pressed for time. On the less radical side, I enjoy yoga & meditation.It seems that all of those degrees and businesses took up a lot of my time! However, now I am looking to find a connection with someone to share my life with. I am very honest and loyal. I love to spoil the one that I love! I will always go the extra mile for someone I love. I am independent and self-sufficient, but still want to be treated like a lady. I am hoping to find friendship, compatibility, attraction and passion. I want a man that practices what he preaches and has morals & ethics in his everyday decisions. Someone who is true to his word, happy, kind, loving, affectionate, passionate, successful, stable, intelligent, self-reliant, attentive and appreciative.
