About Me

So a bit about me. First of all, I am a proud mother of two beautiful sons, 12 years and 9 months. They are the best thing that has happened to me and I love being thier Mom. I am also nearly finished obtaining my Master's Degree in History - only have to complete my exams in the fall. I love history, whether it is reading about it, or better yet, experiencing it through travel. Once I have finished my Master's Degree, I would enjoy teaching at the college level, even if only part time. For me, learning is a life-long process, and I feel that each new day teaches us something new.With my free time I like to travel, go camping, read, take road trips, or simply hang out with my sons at the local park. I haven't traveled as much as I would like, but plan on changing that.S. I try to go camping at least once a year, as I love relaxing in the outdoors surrounded by trees and beauty. A leisurely hike in the woods is always a relaxing way to spend a few hours.I enjoy going to the movies, concerts, plays, museums, aquariums, amusement parks, and other cultural events. I also can be completely content hanging out on the couch with a good TV show, movie or book, especially when the weather is bad. As for music, I pretty much like it all, but not really a fan of rap or heavy metal.Feel free to drop me an *** luck on your fishing expedition! Hmm, for a first date I think it is good to be somewhere that you can talk without screaming at each other to be heard, that is casual, and just fun. Maybe for coffee or a drink, or a nice casual restaurant, or miniature golf or bowling. Any other suggestions are welcome!

    I'm not so sure that I would say that I am "unique" in any way. For the most part, I don't do anything extraordinary, but I do the things that need to be done.
