Man. 36 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.

Looking for: woman. In age: 33-43

Well I'm perfectly normal. I have a head, shoulders, knees and toes, knees AND toes, eyes and ears and whiskers on my nose. Well, maybe not the whiskers on my nose - on my face yes! But I think you'll find that I'm super-sweet and honest and cool and everything you need in a man. So like, errr, let's go out and stuff!!!Nah? OK I'll get down to the tawdry business of writing all about me!I have, on occasion, been called an "individual", "unique" and "a bit of a nutter" in equal measure. I've never really got to grips as to whether these are compliments or criticisms?!Soooooo, I work in publishing but it's not as good as it sounds, especially in the Twenty-first Century. I travel round the South loads for the job (I avoid The North like the plague, obviously). Don't actually hate my job at all, but it is a means to an end. My real love is theatre. I act, direct and produce plays for a local theatre company and it's all rather lovely, sweetie- I do it because it's fun and creative and that's a turn on for me. It takes up a huge part of my spare time to be honest. Consequently I'm rarely in and never watch TV at all these days. I tend to direct two or three plays a year and lately I've been trying my hand at adapting scripts with a view to write my own. I absolutely live for this stuff! Eventually I'd like to take the huge leap into film-making.Music is a huge part of my existence. In fact, when I prepare to direct a play I spend about three weeks just thinking about tuneage, and then panic because I've done very little reading of the old script, which is always a regret because that's the whole point when you come to think of it really isn't it?! I seek the alternative. That applies to most of my artistic pursuits really. I'm the sort of person who deliberately celebrates different and alternative view points. I guess I'm a fairly recalcitrant type of person and therefore need stimulation that is not of the norm. With music these days I do tend to go electro. Ooh yeah! And I own a Moog. I don’t understand it, but it excites me because it makes all sorts of very odd sci-fi like sounds. I love to dance like a massive camp bear, it's wonderfully liberating. Live music is the best, although I fear that most festivals these days are just cynical commercial money-making schemes.Be sure to know that I read (a dying pastime), like sports, but am a bit of a geek too. Particularly geeky when it comes to film and cinema. Explosions are silly. And I just can't understand this whole 'adults going to watch super-heroes thing'. It all seems rather absurd to me.; Oh and Kubrick too.I am:a man (cripes chief, it's true; meat and two veg!),a rather outspoken leftie,a hater of fascists (I include Tories in this bracket), racists, misogynists, homophobes, climate change deniers,an atheist (vehemently so),a seeker of the alternative,a person without an ego,a lover of Art galleries,a fan of desert cats,a guilty meat eater,an on/off, on/off self-loathing smoker,an amazing singer trapped in a rubbish singer's body, the sort of massive jessie who cries when I read books, watch films, listen to music, and see theatre,a fan of largely unknown Victorian Gothic Revivalists,a lover of slow, long kisses, and general smouchiness,a drinker of espresso, very uncomfortable with celebrity culture. In fact I detest it!-versa,a reader of lots of books at once without necessarily finishing any,a fan of poncey Art films,a huge believer in the notion that a photograph can change the way people think,a believer in human rights,a campaigner for Amnesty International,a supporter of difference, someone who really dislikes narcissism and egotism. Blah! These are such dull qualities,an entirely non-judgemental person (except when it comes to fascists!),liable to the ocassional rant about Society,A graduate of Architectural History and am a bit geeky about buildings, especially Victorian Gothic Revival - my absolute favourite!A geek generally,a night owl,a rubbish getter out of bedder (because I'm a night owl),a thinker,a drinker of real ale,a good accent copyier,a starter of inappropriate conversations, typical boy because I laugh at farts and pooh conversations, and words that sound vaguely sexual, good in someone else's crisis, rubbish in my own crisis,a good talker,a good listener, tactile,a bit too needing of affection sometimes and it annoys me because it makes me feel like a wuss, painfully honest, impossible to embarass, somone who goes to the gym for a few months, then stops for a few months, then goes for a few months, etc,a rather recalcitrant person,an avid Radio 4 listener,a boy with a thorn in his side,a monkey... but aren't we all?If none of this works for you then, well, I do have dimples! They've managed to help me out of all kinds of situations in the past! Meet at a decent boozer (serves good real ale, wine, scotch and/either/or brandy - I'm a boozing traditionalist), talk about stuff and thingamys, go somewhere nice for a meal, preferably with a view, and perhaps a gig, see a comedian, or something depending on how we're getting on. Or just home if you think I'm a t**t!If you think that I'm all right then, wahey! The World is your oyster! Or maybe just the night, or perhaps next week same sort of time?! I don't know really, maybe you should decide; you're the grown-up female here! We're all old and experienced enough to know that blokes are "always available", as it were, and on these sensitive issues, it's really up to the woman isn't it?!Maybe a good snoop around a decent Art gallery too if it's a daytime date.

Looking for: woman. In age: 35-45

First and foremost, honesty and communication are a must! With that being said, here is a little bit about me:I am 38 years old. I've been divorced for 8 years. I do not have any children, but I am not opposed to dating someone who has children. I really enjoy my job and plan on being here for a very long time. I have 2 dogs, a Chihuahua ***and a Rat Terrier (8). I enjoy riding my motorcycle on long country roads and eating at small out-of-the-way places. I am not looking for a "fancy" woman. I will most likely pair well with a jeans and T-shirt kinda girl.I will add to my profile as things come up. If you have any questions, please don't be shy, I'm not. The first date should be casual. Maybe dinner so we can talk and get to know each other better.
