Hi, I'm Jake, I Love getting out and about, socialising, live music and my friends and family. Also enjoy reading, movies and general mucking about! I am enjoying trying to play bass guitar and harmonica at the moment and I'm a mean bongo player!! I'm pretty laid back in my life generally and definitely keen not to play games or have any hidden agendas. Im genuine, honest and don't take myself too seriously - enjoying life is important to me although I am passionate about the things I believe in and know when and what to be serious about. My sense of humour could be described as random, off-beat, sarcastic and a little strange sometimes!! Think Mighty Boosh mixed with Flight of the Conchords, love those guys. Also enjoy going out on the town and getting up on the dance floor, especially at Indie/Alternative clubs. Im hoping to meet a friend who I can laugh hard with, kiss passionately and learn new things with ... other than that, I don't want to limit myself to types and preferences - I think it seems a bit arrogant to do so because you never know who's right for you until you've met them! I know love doesn't happen over night but I do know meeting people is the best way to start! Also, when I first meet up with someone from a dating site I don't like to think of it as an actual first date, too much pressure really, I like to think of it as a more relaxed meet up to see if you get on with someone enough first, then the date can come afterwards if all goes well.
