How we have this pre-disposed/determined view that this online thing is “seedy”? But if that’s the case, then why is it better to drag it out for 2 weeks, waste our finger strength only to find out that the guy you’ve been IMing is really a 60 year old transvestite (unless you’re into that)? Weird notion, but when and if we met on the streets, in a bar or grocery store, and one of us walked up to the other and asked them out (my favourite way to meet people), we would know almost *** we were interested right? We wouldn’t say, “ok, but before we go out, let’s go home, *** for a couple of weeks and then we’ll meet up and go out!”?Nope, not me, not interested...I need chemistry, body language, and most importantly, I need to meet your energy! After all, yes looks are important to me, I have always dated (what most consider) beautiful women (but never just because of their looks) and some of my best assets are made up of my passion, ambition, success, intelligence, charm and super importantly...my humour! Ergo, my just above average looks (it’s ok, I’m very self-aware and not self-deprecating) is not the best part of me, and my super “hot” guy friends have never been able to keep the attention of the smartest and most beautiful woman in the room like I can :) I’m talking about substance.I lived a long time in Europe, where dating is normal, there isn’t the same hesitation or fear of “is this the one” as there is here (there’The truth is, I’m not excited about going out with “girls” for the sake of feeling good about myself, or getting another “notch” in my bed. I read the book Way of the Peaceful Warrior and loved it, now I'm reading The Power of Now. The diet I just started is definitely healthy but i'm craving a big fat, sloppy,greasy cheeseburger as i'm writing!I have been fortunate enough to say I have had the same job for nearly nine years despite all the companies closing down and all the lay-offs. I do believe my Higher Power, God, gets all the credit.I like to study foreign language. I'm starting too study spanish, bought some books and audio, maybe it will be a lot easier than the russian was, i hope! Computers! I love playing around on the PC whether it's Windows or Linux.So as of ***I haven't smoked a single cig for 5 days but I do Vape. If I can make it 90 days without a cig than I will work on breaking the vaping habit afterwards. The home workouts went on hold for awhile simply because I couldn't keep enough breath to finish them. The holidays are just around the corner and it would be nice to have someone special and maybe their kids to spend them with but if not that's ok too. I have my own friends I hang with. If your interested then message me, if not, then Happy Fishing! I don't mind the traditional dates but I think it's cool to switch it up once in awhile too. How about day of river tubing or snow tubing or zip lining and then some coffee. Your only restricted to your own imagination.

About me. Hmmm this is always difficult. I would like to date but looking for something to go further with. I'm not one to get in a hurry. And find that the faster you go the faster it ends. Since you don't get to know the person. I was married and now divorced for almost 4 years. No baggage no kids no exwife problems. I wanted kids but she didn't. I don't rule out having kids but it would have to be with the right person. I like and do a variety of things. So yes I am pretty busy. I was a graphic artist for a printing company for 14 years. I'm not a bar fly, and refuse to date one. I like to drink a beer or 2, or maybe a glass of wine if I'm in the mood. But would prefer not to do it in a bar. I don't mind going to see a band or to the bar once in awhile. I like to run, go to the gym if there is time, ride my motorcycle (actually love riding not like), hang out with friends and family and seeing new places. Oh and I love food.
