Hi there! I love the outdoors, walking, hiking, bonfires, gardening,etc., that sort of thing. I'm not really into the Bar scene, prefer more down to earth things now. I'm a Nurse Assistant, I love my job, not many of us can say and actually mean that, but in this case I do. I like being the one who often times makes that little bit of diffrence in people's lives,,I love music, all types of music. My favorite is old school rock & roll (80's), and Country..I'm always open to listen to anything other than that though. I think a great first date would be getting together for coffee,( or whatever your choice in beverages is) I don't know about you, but I know me, and I'm apt to be nervous, and the "date" would be relatively short, sort of a "meet & greet", that way no-ones under the gun so to speak.

I am very happy where my life has taken me so far. I have two great boys who don't need me so much any more...(guess that's the goal right?) and wonderful friends I couldn't live without. Just missing that special someone to share some fun and quiet moments.I love to be active...running, playing tennis, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, pretty much anything outdoors and my favorite-playing hockey. I started playing 4 years ago and enjoy every minute of it...stop at a pub for a beer or by a stream and dip our feet in the water. I'm always up for an adventure!I love to cook and bake, and would very much enjoy having a partner in the kitchen or at least someone who likes to eat :). When I have down time I like to go to sporting events; high school, college or professional...I enjoy them all. I don't watch a lot of tv but now and then there is a show or movie that grabs my attention. I also enjoy just sitting by the fire with a nice glass of wine. Snuggling is high on my list. I will be honest, I enjoy some alone time as well; it balances me. I'm looking for someone who is ready to have fun adventures along their journey too.Could that be you?
