About Me

Had fished with my dad all my life, but our first fly fishing trip... with my dad a few years ago.I went right out into the river with my hip boots on ready to take it on and cast, my reel flew off my rod. I spent the next 45 minutes trying to just stand up in the river and save my reel, making a rats nest out of my line. Wanted to quit. Next day, we went out with a**** SOB guide, who told me, "when reeling in a fish, it's like a dance with your partner, sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow." Really? And you won't marry your girlfriend of 8 yrs...are we really going to get a fish?"I out fished them both, an amazing fishing trip....and that weekend also taught me a lot about life and relationships. MyThat was mine and my dad's last fishing trip.My 30 yr. old secretary told me that a fish story on a dating site wasn't good. What? I believe it says a lot...in a realtionship sometimes you lead and sometimes you follow, you have frustration but you don't quit, a little hook doesn't mean you won't catch a big fish, the bait you use is not more important than the strength of your line, and that you need to be present every minute because you never know if you'll ever have that opportunity again. I thought it said it all but, ok fine, I'm a therapist, clinical director and owner of a mental health agency. I love to fish and camp and do that often. Enjoy cooking, but no just for myself but with someone else, am easy going, and really don't need an agenda to have fun and laugh everyday. Whatever we decide will be best for both of us.

Woman. 47 years old. Zodiac sign: Taurus.

Looking for: man. In age: 44-54

I like a guy who knows what their looking for...Down to earth and knows how to treat a woman. I should say, I don't mind texting but not when your getting to know someone at first. My family and friends are a big part of my life and I am very close with them. I have two teenagers, one boy and one girl who are everything to me. I would want someone to be close to their family as well. I love all kinds of music, Country is my favorite though I like to go to a lot of concerts. I exercise and workout every morning and eat right, weekends I splurge more. I would like to find someone that takes care of themselves. Must love animals dogs and cats, I am a huge animal lover. Not interested in dating someone that is separated only divorced. Always have been independent, I don't like clingy or jealous types at all..Love sports I have been a tomboy since very young. Love the Ravens, went to Superbowl it was great! Lingerie, bikini pics, tight dress pictures? Not into having to show off or looking for that kind of attention, therefore I don't like guys like that either. For me if there isn't a good sense of humor and a upbeat attitude I'm out quick. Rude, arrogant people I can't tolerate..I think everyone deserves that special someone life is too short..

Woman. 46 years old. Zodiac sign: Pisces.

Looking for: man. In age: 43-53

I love a variety of things from shopping, dining out, bowling, long walks, cooking, plant/tend flowers, and spending time with friends and family. I have an excellent sense of humor and really appreciate that in others. I listen to a variety of music genres from Pop, R&B, Top 20, Jazz, some modern country and occasionally *** I do like to be active, but working out at the gym gets boring so I am always looking for ways to get my exercise in while making it fun and seem less like a task. So, is there a wonderful, honest, good looking, caring, active, compassionate man out there between the age of ***that would like to talk, become friends and if the chemistry is there, maybe more? A first date can be so fun if the man/woman maybe discusses what would be fun, yet comfortable for each other. I think dinner and a movie can be so awkward for a first date. Going to a museum, having a picnic in a public park, going to a festival or even sharing half a day at an amusement park would be great first dates in my opinion. There are so many other great ideas if we each think about something unique and interesting.
