Hello! Thanks for reading my profile.This year has flown by. Do you think it will ever stop raining?! They say time flies and I am finding out it really does. It's pretty rare that you won't see me smiling! I have so much to be thankful for and I'm ready to share my life with someone special! I recently moved back to D. C. after years of living in the great white north. It's such a great city with so much to see and do. I'm ready to take it all in. I asked my friends to help me describe myself and this is what they had to say.. easy-going, LOVES to laugh, cute as a button (aww come on!) loyal, fun to be around, and adventurous. I agree with most of it, but would love to hear what you think! I do love to laugh and would like to meet someone who is thoughtful and generous with his time, and maybe a bit old fashioned and romantic. A perfect date would be as easy as going for a nice walk through a downtown neighborhood and finding a restaurant we have never tried before. I have to admit I'm not much for the club scene, but i do enjoying hitting the town every once in awhile and even taking in a sporting event-football, baseball, hockey-all fun! There's nothing like a good cup of coffee, amazing wine and beer, and unusual ethnic foods. I adore sleeping in on sundays and then reading the paper in bed. Sound good to you? I believe in chemistry, and for me that often grows with a good conversation and a few laughs.

I would say that I am somewhat of a "Domestic Diva". I enjoy cooking and taking care of the house, cleaning, decorating...whatever! I like to have a good time as well but usually after all of my chores are finished. I listen mostly to country music but I like other music too. Although I do not have any pets at this time, I am a huge animal lover, most of all Boxers but I love them all! If I won the lottery I would definitely start a pet rescue. I enjoy travel, working in the yard, spending time with family and friends, cooking out, good wine and curling up to watch movies on a rainy day. I enjoy taking a walk or going for a bike ride...let's just say that I am easily entertained.It is my desire to meet someone that has similar values and interests. My perfect mate is caring, kind, dependable, thoughtful, funny, handsome, somewhat fashionable, able to socialize well in any setting, polite, smart, hard-working, enjoys helping others, can spell, and visits his dentist regularly. :-) Above all else, a good heart is a must! I am very tidy so, ideally, it would be great to meet someone that also has the "clean gene" or at least is not the opposite end of the spectrum.I am interested in someone that lives a fairly traditional life (not a workaholic), is somewhat domestic and enjoys spending time with their significant other.
