Honesty, respect and loyalty ~ is a MUST...I am interested in learning every day of my existance. Life is an open book. I love to meet new people, strike up conversations with strangers, use my sense of humor to make peoples day, and above all respect peoples individuality. I consider myself very free-spirited and open to learning new things, meeting new people, and going new places. I love bon-fires, hot sunny places, water, sand, outdoor festivals, motorcycling, boating,jet-sking, traveling, weekend get-a-ways, quaint little towns, exciting shopping experiences, dining at unusual restaurants, meeting interesting-unique indiviuals from other cultures and trying new adventures.. of all kinds. I am very organized & energetic, a social butterfly, as well as a bargain hunter- love to attend flea markets, auctions, and rummage sales and all sorts of festivals...I was in the antique resale business for nearly 18 years as a hobbie, Many other hobbies as well.. truely a multi-tasker.I find myself eager to get to know and understand people from all walks of life. I have tons of compassion for animals and the elderly, and anyone in need of help. I tend to over extend myself often and am always on the go. I love to shop, dress up,(co-owner of a clothing store for many years) enjoy entertaining others in my home, traveling and see the world, just a simple picnic lunch at a park on a blanket. A simple woman...who possesses morals, ethics and values. I am a news junkie and tend to need to know what is going on in this mixed up world. Hate reality Television, but love game shows and old shows from the 70's.I thrive on being a problem solver and am always open to suggestions and constructive criticism. I LOVE hats...of all kinds, get some weird looks sometimes, but I dont care, its' me....I am extremely independent & very self-sufficient. Come from a family of work-a-holics and perfectionsist, Not real unlikable virtures in my book...I have held down good jobs, always strive for a better way of life.Have had nothing handed to me in life, but am proud of who I am and my accomplishments. I am an extremely GENEROUS person ~I often find myself helping others who are less fortunate. Can't stand individuals who sap off the system or are poor parents and set poor examples for their children.- Took a buy-out from GMAD a few years back after 10 years ..Preparing for a State Board Test for Nursing Home Administration and then on to my next career choice in life. I try to live life to the fullest and treat others like I would like to be treated. My compassion for the elderly is a big part of who I am..Excellent Grandparents, with only the fondest of memories.I LOVE 70's music then 80's..not much for country but can handle it. Also LOVE hard rock.. Sort of an old school Rock-n-Roller.. Hate rap. Enjoy southern rock,Jazz, Blues, and seeing local bands & comedy shows. I am quite a talker and strike up a conversation rather easily. I have an quirky sense of humor and proudly display it. I love to laugh,and have a great time doing whatever the day may bring. I hate arguing, drama, control freaks, game players, liars, cheaters, and people who suck the happiness out of other's lives. I am looking for a great friendship, then getting to know someone special better. I have spent a great deal of my adult life in long-term relationships. No regrets and am friends with all the individuals I have spent years with. No children here, never been married, but plan to find that special person/man some day. I feel you cannot plan on finding something like that, if it is meant to be,...it will be....fate will tell.Being happy and learning everyday is a productive way of living and being. ... I find it important to have that special someone on your mind when you are apart. Someone who never goes to sleep mad, and wakes up happy..." I love Italian, Mexican, Chinese...I don’t think there is really any food that I will not eat. Well, except cooked green peppers. And you must have garlic in everything!Although I do like going out for a bite to eat or hitting a movie or just doing something fun, I pretty much like hanging out at home, out on my back patio, throwing something on the grill, just sitting and enjoy each others company. And then maybe later having a fire in the fire pit that I will let you start cause I can never get the darn thing to keep going for me! haha But an evening out at Metro, walking, sitting on a bench talking and watching the ducks and boats...it's a very good thing... Meet at small restaurant, sit outside have a couple of drinks. It would have to be a place that's not too loud so we can hear each other talk so I am not constantly saying 'What?' and then you get annoyed with me! ha If it was nice and warm outside, then maybe we could take a ride out to Metro Beach and walk around.
