I am in the fitness industry which is also one of my biggest passions. I love what I do for a living. It is more like a hobby then work. I moved here to open a studio which was fun and a great challenge. I just finished reading "How Yoga Works" (a client gave me the book for Christmas and it provides insights into yoga and "planting good seeds" in a story format). Right now, I'm reading a true story for book club called ";. It is absolutely fascinating so far!I love to eat! It helps that I am active.- I have it every day - it starts me on the right track!). Going out to eat and exploring new restaurants in Calgary is fun. I meet my girlfriends once a month to stay in touch and try something new. What makes me unique is my energy and passion for everything I do. I want to live, love, laugh. Hence the tagline! I strive to live each day to the fullest (learn something new each day). Relationships are important to me from students, participants, clients, friends, family, to everyone I meet (even on the street***saying hello and sending positive energy. Life is short and although I take many things seriously, I also feel I am lighthearted and laughing/smiling a lot is important to me.Live, Love, Laugh today! The first time would be a meeting (a tea, a walk) to see if there is a connection and then go from there. If we connect, dinner since I love to eat or something active. I am open to suggestions. I like to try new things and with summer here, there are lots of things to do and festivals to attend.
