Well, I had this filled out all nice and pretty on my Iphone, but apparently, if you swipe the wrong way, it just erases everything you spent the last hour on FOREVER.... (sigh) Hi! I'm trying this again to see if I have better luck. I'm a farmer's daughter and I love living in the country. I work in downtown St. Louis Monday through Friday, but I really enjoy coming home to the peace/quiet and fresh air. I'm the oldest of three kids (I'm the only girl) and I can be a tomboy. I can get cleaned up really nice but feel most comfortable in a pair of jeans and my hair in a ponytail. I can (and do) cuss like a sailor (mostly when aggravated) but I have a big heart and would do anything for my family and closest friends. I have a soft spot for animals... cats especially. I love dogs too, but my cat is my baby and she runs the house. :-) I love to cook when time allows for it. I work a lot of hours in the legal industry and unfortunately sometimes it's just cereal for supper. But when I do get to cook, my brother is my biggest fan when it comes feeding time. LOL I'm fortunate to have such a tight-knit family. We are protective of each other and love to laugh. Apparently, being a chronic smart ass is hereditary and the laughter is contagious. Having a sense of humor is big for me. Common sense is another trait that seems to be lacking nowadays... I don't have any kids of my own but I am the "Crazy Aunt T" to my niece and nephews. I would love to have my own kids someday. The bar scene is getting old and I'm looking for new ways to meet people. But I guess if it was easy, everybody could do it, right? In my downtime from work, I like to read (it helps to put me to sleep... until I drop the book on my face, then I can read a few more chapters...LOL) I also love shopping, antiquing, wineries, road trips, sight seeing, flea markets (People of Walmart has NOTHING on what you can see at flea markets), sending care packages to the military, stargazing, all kinds of music except rap (although I can handle Eminem when driving home from work some days), getting dirty in the garden or whatever new landscaping idea my mom comes up with, driving the field roads with dad, playing dress up with my niece or geek games with my nephews, I prefer the mountains over the beaches, and prefer fall weather/snow over ***degrees. However, I cannot swim, ski or skate, but I can make one heck of a snow angel followed by hot chocolate and snuggling by the fireplace. I'm not interested in one night stands, head games, sexting, or FWBs, so if that's what you're wanting, I'm sorry. I'm looking for a man between the ages of 37 and 42.

**** A quick note: I am not looking for ***/ chat buddies - there is life beyond the computer - if nothing progresses beyond a few days of endless banter, say "it's been nice chatting with ya, good luck in your search", move on, tempus fugit! Life is too short and precious to waste such effort in nothing that will not progress. In fact, say that to everyone! It is only common decency.Also, when we progress to exchanging numbers, again... Not looking for endless texting... The purpose is to make a date and meet up for coffee or dinner...I understand there are plenty of other more beautiful and prettier women than I who like to tease, stroke and boost your ego and waste your time) Rant over lol *****.... wait, never mind, they all die at the end of the movie. A Yin to my yang or a yang to my yin. Anyways, you get the picture. Someone who is an equal and balances me out (yeah, the scale is a bit outta whack). So a bit about me: I'm just a bit shy and quiet when you first met me, yet easy-going and friendly and out-going once you've met me. I am not one to talk your ear off. I've been told that I am funny and make people laugh (not quite sure how to take this -- do they mean I make them laugh as comedienne, or a source of laughter and ridicule - I guess that's up for you to decide. I can and do tend to be sarcastic and snarky but only with good intentions. I love to laugh and not take things too serious (tried that route before, didn't quite work out well for me). Games are only fun when everyone knows and plays by the same rules. I am not a good game player, strategies always ellude me - Sun Tzi would make an example of me. Drama belongs on TV or the movie screen. (I tried to get rid of it but i think the Voodoo priestesses ripped me off) At this point in my life, I want simple and easy...Believe it or not I've made it this far without heavy duty baggage ( i think a lot of it got lost back in ***???? Any ways, I don't have the claim stub, so it doesn't matter) I like 60's and 80's music with a bit of ABBA and Mozart thrown in. But can rock out just as good.I like to learn new things and will try almost anything just about once (maybe). So with that said, I am always learning something new about myself and the world everyday. I just recently discovered that I might have the travel bug and would eventually like visit a few places. But for now, going to Vegas for long weekends is the extent of it. And just once, i would like to do a "guy's weekend in Vegas" the whole whiskey and cigars, all night long at the craps table sort of thing. A bit about you: Someone who enjoys laughing yet knows when to be serious...likes the fine and good things in life yet can appreciate Honest Ed's style. You "give in" to go ballroom dancing one night and "make me" go to a Jay's game the next. You know what Wednesday and Saturday matinees means. You like to volunteer and help out at charity events. There are times for going out or staying in and watching that night t.v line-up. Willing to try out new stuff but also know to stick to the tried and true. And once in awhile sit back and be amazed with what crazy and whacky things civilization is up to.Someone who willing to learn new things with me and teach me things they've learned. You like to suit-up and have legend- wait for it- dary day/nites (bonus if you know what this is in reference to)and go dancing and dining, but you don't mind staying at home and watching T.V. (and yes, we can even watch hockey, football or your guilty pleasure of DWTS***but my club days and nights are long gone and in the past (R.I.P.)But the reality is, we are all just looking someone who can be happy with what we can offer and vice-versa...If you made it this far, yay!If I added you as a favourite - was surfing on the phone and your profile caught my attention for one reason or another. First of all i am a mom to 4 wonderful kids, who are my life....ages are 21, 16, 14, and 10...
