I am a non traditional student or so thats what they call me..but I am really just someone who was called to school a little later in life. So tired of all the games that r played on these sites. But a friend suggested i try this one. ....im a very open person. At times the filter between my brain and mouth doesnt work very well. If i think it, i speak it. I know what i want as much as i know what i donot want. Im not looking for someone to take care of me, i can do that on my own. Im looking for someone who is down to earth and knows how to treat others. I believe in treating the one i am with like he is my equal and showing him how much he means to me. I believe in taking care of myself, i.e. dressing appropriately for the occasion, my hair and makeup are done when i leave the house, i usually have my nails done, and ive recently started back to the gym. No, im not high maintenance, but i do believe if i can do these things for myself, then im going to. I can be classy, yet be just as comfy wearing sweats with my hair thrown up. Im just me, and its worked for me thus far. I try not to be judgemental, but that can be hard at times. Im 100% czechoslovakian, and that fire in me really comes out when it comes to my children/grandchildren. I hold those that i care for fiercely close and they are my number one concern. I guess im looking for that one who can take my breath away...i will know it when he comes along! That first "date" can be so awkward, which is why i like to get to know someone via phone calls/texts first before we do the meeting thing. You can actually find out alot about each other during a conversation if you just listen.

I try to maintain a positive outlook on life. I would like to meet someone who is confident (but not arrogant) and passionate about what they do. I want someone who has integrity and believes that it is best to first establish a true friendship that could hopefully evolve into romance. I believe most of my friends would say I am quite funny. I can be sarcastic, but it is never intended to be mean-spirited. Basically, I love to laugh and it would be nice to find someone to share in that with me. I believe growing up in that environment has made me very down to earth. In other words, I'm not a high maintenance girl. I feel the need to tell about all the exciting hobbies and interests I have, but the truth is I have had many responsibilities. I like to have fun as much as anyone, but raising two sons has consumed most of my time in recent years. Of course, I wouldn't have it any other way. They mean everything to me, but my boys are getting older and more independent. They don't need me as much as they use to. That's not easy to accept, but it does give me a chance to pursue interests of my own. It would just be nice to someday find the right person to do those things with. I am not hard to please. I would enjoy going anywhere that provided a setting to have a good conversation.
