I like to laugh just like the next person and think I have a fairly good sense of humor (so I am told). That, to me, is important in a partner. My partner would have to be an animal lover as I am (that is why I became a pescetarian and I volunteer at a cat adoption center every weekend). You need not be a vegetarian. I take pride in my appearance, as you should too. There are a lot of women who like men with shaved heads (and there certainly is nothing wrong with that) but I am not one of them. It's just a matter of what I am attracted to and that is men with a full head of hair. I am a reformed smoker, having quit cold turkey 24 years ago and am seeking a non-smoker as well. I know there are a lot of people who say they smoke on occasion but I am looking for an all year 'round non-smoker. I think an important thing on a first date would be to go somewhere not too noisy and communicate. Whether it would be over dinner, coffee, frozen yogurt, your choice.
