About Me

My friends and family would describe me as a sweet, giving and thoughtful woman. I love to paint and draw and wish I had more time to do so. I love the city, the beach, hanging with friends, going to concerts and having fun with the ones I love. Don't want to brag but my kids are great (ok....a little bragging). They're older and need me less but we always make a point to steal a hug here and there and tell a funny story or two. Like to eat out but also to make a nice meal with a wonderful wine. I enjoy most music from classic rock to blues to jazz to classical, and of course my kids get me to listen to hip hop. A great sense of humor is key, and I love to laugh and have fun. When you talk I will listen. I like eye contact and I'm not the kind who will be texting and easily distracted. I'll be honest....I haven't traveled much, I don't go to the gym or hike. I'll take a glass of wine over a diet coke, a nice Italian meal over a diet anything. I'm not huge....but I AM hugable. I will, however, throw around a frizbee and even took a golf class last year. I think I was my *** sayin. I will confess right now....I've never been to a professional basketball or hockey game and have not been to the new Yankee Stadium but am willing to go if you're willing to explain some things so I don't look like a complete idiot. I like long car rides, quaint towns and outdoor cafes. I'd rather be on the beach than anywhere and I'm a fan of fire pits and star gazing.
