My friends and family would describe me as a sweet, giving and thoughtful woman. I love to paint and draw and wish I had more time to do so. I love the city, the beach, hanging with friends, going to concerts and having fun with the ones I love. Don't want to brag but my kids are great (ok....a little bragging). They're older and need me less but we always make a point to steal a hug here and there and tell a funny story or two. Like to eat out but also to make a nice meal with a wonderful wine. I enjoy most music from classic rock to blues to jazz to classical, and of course my kids get me to listen to hip hop. A great sense of humor is key, and I love to laugh and have fun. When you talk I will listen. I like eye contact and I'm not the kind who will be texting and easily distracted. I'll be honest....I haven't traveled much, I don't go to the gym or hike. I'll take a glass of wine over a diet coke, a nice Italian meal over a diet anything. I'm not huge....but I AM hugable. I will, however, throw around a frizbee and even took a golf class last year. I think I was my *** sayin. I will confess right now....I've never been to a professional basketball or hockey game and have not been to the new Yankee Stadium but am willing to go if you're willing to explain some things so I don't look like a complete idiot. I like long car rides, quaint towns and outdoor cafes. I'd rather be on the beach than anywhere and I'm a fan of fire pits and star gazing. Just here to look around ... not sure if I'm staying on this site or not ...seems to be the same old people looking for the same thing and not going anywhere. I love music it is a great stress reliever and sole soother ... rock is my favorite ..from Disturbed, Avenged Seven Fold, Saliva, Bush, Theory of A Deadman to classic rock like Journey, Guns N Roses, Def Leppard, and other music except Rap and Opera ... I don't drink at all and really don't need to,and have no problem being the DD, but I love dancing and going out to listen to live local bands play and dancing to the music, so yes that means going to a bar especially in the winter because the bands can't play at outside venues!!! LOL I love hanging out with my friends and having a good time. I like the beach, the ocean, the lake, boat rides, sitting on my swing in the back yard while listening to some good tunes, spending time with my 3 beautiful grandchildren, and I love my job and have been with the same company for 12 years. I have a part time job that I work one night a week, and I love my weekends. I'm not into head games so if you are please pass me by thanks. Thank for reading and good luck in your search
