It's a long one.....hope you're settled in, grab a drink, a glass of wine, cup of coffee and Enjoy (hopefully with a sense of humor).Me: I am multifaceted and there are many words to describe me, I am woman after all and we women are all inclined to the varying moods that only a woman can possess, which I have no doubt, that can sometimes seem like multiple personalities to you men. It's a Great man with amazing character, understanding (and humor) that knows when to laugh, when to be serious, successfully diffuse and when to get the hell out of the house. :))Funny, Eccentric, Authentic, Objective, Pragmatic, Awkward, Weak, Active, Graceful, Vivacious, Inane, Grateful, Irrational, Observant, Insightful, Honorable, Truthful, Loyal, Incorrigible, Blessed, Petulant, Ambitious, Indulgent, Loving, Gentle, Free spirited, Sassy, Fickle, Stubborn, Independent, Analytical, Creative, Spunky, Curious, Goofy, Cheesy, Outgoing, Sullen, Self-Reliant, Strong Willed, Sarcastic. That's the short list.I am genuinely upbeat, positive, happy & outgoing; love to laugh, smile & joke. I don't have a negative nature & will always find the good before the bad. I'm not into jealousy, it's a waste of time and energy. I'm very secure & confident in who I am & what I want. Very affectionate, passionate, generous & uninhibited to the one I'm with. Love DIY projects, working in the yard and my gardens & on my house. Anything that has me outdoors (see extensive list above). Love a good patio with good friends & great music, dinner & drinks or staying home, cooking out or cooking in. I actually like and watch sports....Cowboys, Longhorns, Jayhawks, Rangers. My kids are grown, my daughter is 25 & out on her own & my son is 18 & in military training for the Marines. My friends and family are very dear to me and a big part of who I am. I go to the gym when I can, or when gravitational necessity says GO. :) And I run the 5K fun runs. Love music &; Please no rap, I just don't get it. I love live music, especially in some hole in the wall, out of the way dive. I enjoy being around positive, happy people. I know everyone says that but negative nelly whiners are worse than the screech of a high-pitched table saw. No, really!! I don't make this stuff up, there's scientific proof. :))I'm not here to find my Soul Mate. The idea is a romantic but essentially flawed concept. No two spirits dance exclusively to the same drum. Knowledge of our differences can make the commitment twice as sweet, if we can respect the differences that will emerge along the way. An intimate relationship is not destined, it is constructed over time. The search for a soul mate is essentially a search for balance. I'm in search of my Balance. That one get's me a lot of controversial comments!!! ;)The rules of Life, Love & Relationships are simple.... Enjoy life & what it has to offer, Laugh often & loud, Love much & deep, Do the things you want to do, Don't be so serious or set in your ways, Forgive. Have Fun.You Are (and Are Not): Must be read in good humor followed with a laugh (a chuckle or two will suffice). Self-assessments are optional, but recommended.Grounded. With no current severe addictions, afflictions of the heart or mental *** need prompt medical attention. :)Not in to Violence. Unless being attacked by a bear.Smothering. Pampering, kissing, hugging. Affection is awesome. Holding hands, absolutely always. PDA's, you betcha, No smothering.Cursing as a first language. Cursing is a whatever & we all do it. But if your sentence includes more curse words & F-Bombs than socially acceptable, your final parting gift will be a bar of soap. Fluent sarcasm however, is always welcome. No direction, goals, aspirations, inspirations or adventure. Know who you are, where you've been, what you want and be optimistic about the future. Couch potatoes or those that know the cable guide inside & out or base their activities around what's on tv, please throw your application away.Spineless. Stand up for what you believe to be right, even if it's with me. Strength is a testament to your character.No compassion. No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care. True statement. Swear!! :)Judgmental. Show me integrity and virtue *** have Respect for woman with Independence, A Voice, Thoughts & Opinions, Intelligence and capable of having a conversation. I never did play the meek & feeble role very well. :))Overly Dominant. Be the protector, Be the Man, Not the Dictator (Need I remind you how Dictator begins?) Needy (Excessive emotional dependency). See Dominance & Smothering above.No sense of humor. Don't take Everything so seriously, be goofy, cheesy, tell horrible jokes and laugh at yourself.No sense of Adventure. Staying at home is great, especially if there is someone to be there with. But now and then my Social Butterfly begs to be let out. Have a fun factor, even if it is at home. Jump through puddles and spontaneously dance in the rain with me. ::the cheesy part of a great relationship::Disrespectful. We're all (hopefully) adults here and no longer (again hopefully) have the pubescent attitudes & actions of the 20 somethings. Certain aspects of the rules have changed. Be Respectful. My teenage son knows the difference, you should too.Are you seriously here to, hopefully find someone that, eventually over time, you can build a relationship with, or just your next sexual conquest? Are you willing to take the time it takes to invest in getting to know someone or simply here to build a raging repertoire of victorious sexual triumphs??Chivalry. Prove to me it still existsHappy Fishing!! Patio drinks would be great, (Apparently meetville doesn't like the word c*cktails.) ::cheesy:: Aluminum foil boat races? People watching? Talk to random people in public? Scavenger hunt? Coloring contest? Bowling? A walk on the Beach?! :) Sunday afternoon at the Stockyards playing tourist or grab a beer, a burger & The point is to have fun, relax, enjoy and get to know. Don't make it so serious!!Take a chance, have fun, be spontaneous & open to doing something you want to do but never have. Dinner, drinks, coffee, lunch, patio meet & greet.......that's all great & fine & everyone on their best behavior. But nothing like a little adventure to truly bring out the personalities.
