Hi there and thanks for stopping by and giving my profile a once over. I am a southern woman and all that implies. I am 43 and have two kids that I am very proud of. My daughter is 19 and in college and my son is 12 and in the 7th grade. My daughter just recently moved back to school and my son lives with me full time. I am very proud of them both...they are the best contribution I have made to this world. I thank God for them every day. Their father and I have been divorced ***years and have remained friends...so NO drama there. I am looking to find someone to spend time with and hopefully in the process find my best friend and the one that I don't want to be without. One thing I have found as I'm sure other people have as well is that this isn't as easy as it looks. In saying that I have to say that over these last ***years I have made my fair share of mistakes and definitley learned from them. As far as what I am looking for, I am looking for mutual respect and foremost friendship first.I have been guilty of meeting someone and being so excited that things seemed like they were going in the right direction that I have jumped the gun in saying that was going to be the person for me only to find out in a few weeks that they weren't. I would just like to go slow and get to know someone first and then go from there and see where that takes me. I would definitely like to say that I found my true love in ***. My goal is to get off here and say I'm done with dating...LOL I have a "big" personality and tend to be the life of the party...but also love to stay in. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and enjoy a night out on occasion but enjoy just haning out at home cuddled up on the couch with a movie and popcorn and spending it with someone special.My friends would describe me as bright and shiny....extra bonus points if you know what that means! have dinner or drinks and talk in a quiet place and get to know one another...no movies as you really can't talk there...lol

    Well I've hit that point in my life when all of my friends are either getting married or having children...so here I am.
