As I learned from someone on P.O.F. And I totally agree with what they had to say about woman on this site.... 1.) I don't pucker in every pic...Wait, I don't have one where I am puckering,huh. Damn it!I think it too looks retarded. 2.)I don't have a pic with my "best guy friend".If u are on a dating website why the hell would u put up a pic with another guy or girl? I don't get it. 3.)I don't think guys are douchebags or game players because I don't get my way.That's where drama comes in and we each have our part. 4.)I don't have a pic with me sprawled on my bed,looking for a long term relationship. Huh? 5.) And you don't have to worry about holding my hair back over the toilet because I'm to trashed.Nasty! 6.) No pic's with my pets...Why? Do you want to date them too?7.) And if you think that having a shirtless pic will get you more? I don't have a propped up phone looking down my shirt for a reason. Don't get me wrong,I can pull some shiz off! But there is a time and a place. Let's play the whole "meet u" game but never message... That will go far! I really don't bite hard,promise.;) Now that's out of the way.I have two teens who I adore,and are still a big part of my life! My son just completed boot camp. Boo ya! And very proud of him! YES,I do have a job!!! Love hanging with the girls,but is there more?Am I prissy.. Not so much,love nature and all that comes with it. Not afraid to get dirty. Give me a beach right next to the mountains and I'm good to go! I hate drama and want to have only real people in my life,ones who except me for me,hate fakeness and judgement!And just for the record,I am human,have struggles,and not always easy,I try to learn and grow from them! Some guys on here are looking for jesus in a woman form,meaning pretty damn and near perfect!... Good luck with that one! Honesty and communication are huge for me! Have had major issues with that on here!And if you think that the grass is always greener?... Go for it. It's because there is more sh*t on that side! I do know who I am and what I want. Go figure. This pretty much sums me up... I may not be the most beautiful or sexiest woman,nor do I have the perfect body. I may not be everybody's first choice,but I'm a great choice. I don't pretend to be someone I'm not,because I'm good at being me! I may not be proud of some things in my past,but I am proud of who I am today. So take me as I am,or don't.! Cut from the local high school basketball team. This was my original post two-plus years ago when I signed up: " Looking for a long term - it doesn't have to mean marriage...but I want someone who wants to actually DO boyfriend things! Hang out, go places..... I do not want a friend with benefits.... If it's going to work, I come with two little boys and a big black lab...and I want that person to actually WANT to know about the boys ...not just know about me :) Sexy to me means...more than physical..I want someone who can get attached emotionally, who is smart and motivated, who I can have conversations with or just watch a movie and share some wine. I want to relax and I want to feel warm in that person's arms. Is it asking too much to want to finally feel like a princess? ha ha....well?"So after a few years of dating here and there, meeting interesting people who stayed in my life....and quickly did not...even though some of us never even met..ie. a guy who who owns a PT/Massage therapy business who I never met (you know who you are) but over the short years gave me advice about whatever I needed, and the guy I met once but only once who became the only knowledgeable one to give me the best and most profitable financial advice, etc...I made friends, I made simple "acquaintances" and in one *** short term relationship turned in to what is most likely a life long friendship... I had one real long term ...10 months anyway....my record.. ... and he was not a guy from meetville ...but he was great and wonderful to me and my boys....and I just dont know... We ended it mutually and for personal reasons. I guess I learned that putting in that "I want a long term relationship" thing is harsh but this site doesn't give you detailed options. I think I know what I want in a man.... but ...I know I won't settle because even if my boys really like that guy....(of course i want only the best for my kids!) but when they leave for college years later....it's me and that guy....and I want it to work in a chemical, loving, best-friend, physical/sensual/sexual way. I hope I don't sound selfish....not sure I'm explaining it all but I'll be honest at this point....Relationships...I'm not sure I know what I want in a relationship...I just hope it comes some day and "boom"...I just know it's whatever it should be ........ I learned that I need a companion, a best friend...but one who is also attracted to me in so many more depths ....and can talk about anything....someone who loves me first (so we dont get wrapped up in family life before we know each other one on one, ...next phase...that person wants to love my boys and supports the life I lead and the structured way I can be sometimes so I can be everything to my family ..I'm the mom and the dad, and I work hard ...(freaking 100,***times that I hear..."but it's only 99 Cents!" downloads.....) ...etc I am a person who needs personal space and time alone with my kids.....go out on boys night! Just be happy. I need my time, too. I'm not a jealous person .....if you're trustworthy. I will give 110% and I hope it's reciprocated....unconditionally. So this is my latest attempt at updating my profile. Be true to thyself. Ps. I'm a Taurus ... Not sure why meetville picked up Gemini .... meet for coffee or drinks ....a meet-&-greet and figure out if there's a second date at hand....you pretty much know in the first 10 seconds.......
