    I recently moved back to the Phx area from the East Coast. So far, it's been a pretty smooth transition, feeling a bit homesick though....that has helped with the transition. She's wonderful! :) I eat well and exercise at least 5 times a week. I am very much into health and fitness, although it is my thing, it doesn't have to necessarily be yours.My favorite time of day is morning. It is very peaceful and relaxing.
