I recently moved back to the Phx area from the East Coast. So far, it's been a pretty smooth transition, feeling a bit homesick though....that has helped with the transition. She's wonderful! :) I eat well and exercise at least 5 times a week. I am very much into health and fitness, although it is my thing, it doesn't have to necessarily be yours.My favorite time of day is morning. It is very peaceful and relaxing. As the day goes on, life gets busier and crazier. I can get lost in that craziness easily...and not that it's a bad thing. It's what it is.
