I am secure & happy with myself, I enjoy travel, camping by a lake, gardening, home decorating, Comedy Clubs & Dinner Theater, music, dancing. I am self-sufficient, independent, honest, I have a great sense of humor, & family & friends are very important to me.When people are sometimes asked to describe me, the term "spark plug" is often used. I know how to speak my mind and get what I want, but I do so with a smile. I've been known to assess first impressions quickly and generally do not waiver from my initial conclusion. I'm considered a very generous person in all aspects of my life especially in friendship, family and love. I've been told that I'm smart, beautiful and sensitive, although I also tend to be a bit modest too. No Pressure! Let's just relax...become friends & get to know each other... and see what happens.I'm interested in a man who shares my views on love, family and friends and is ready for all of it to begin with me.

Fingers crazy on the keyboard! Social typing of introduction! - The inevitable question that causes so many to sit and say...a "WTF", And being a lady, it would be "what the fudgenuts??"... Why? Because we want to enjoy the mystery and intrigue, or perhaps have too many extra hours to fill...there is no answer, because we all enjoy excitement...My hobbies... I truly love just about anything that scares me - heights, the unknown. I do love the calmer points of company, being a hike, trying new food (sorta scary), DANCING, let me repeat on the dancing, because it is what I like best. Have I lost you yet? No? Good. I am interested in hearing your musical interests (I do have my specific preferences for myself, yet it's not closed to new).I do find it does express another person that not many appreciate, as I do. Have you noticed the suggested questions? Oh yes, I love movies!! And the colour orange...the energy vibe, which does indeed reasonate with me. If you are an admirer of Audrey Hepburn or the Wizard of Oz fan, say no more!!! I adore men in flip-flops, confidence with a "kick". I have no expectations. The eyes always say it.

So National Geographic says that the mid west is one of the worst places to live if you are single and trying to find your significant other. I'm totally starting to believe it! (Now let's see how many won't read the profile and ask me "what does nat geo say". yes I hear that question a lot. LOL I've been able to spend a lot of time being single and figuring out who I am and what I want and I'm very thankful for that. I'm not willing to settle, I just want the guy who fits nicely in my life and me in his! I'd like to say I'm thoughtful, romantic, independent, loyal and usually full of energy. I like to do soooo many things. I love music, dancing and movies. I've been known to dance for hours. I'm very close to my family and believe that is very important. I also have an awesome group of friends that I spend a lot of time with. So here are some things I'm looking for in a guy: Honesty, loyalty, romantic, independent, strong, thoughtful and passionate. It is important that he is a social creature because a lot of time is spent with family and friends doing different things. Of course the attraction has to be there. It's all about the chemistry together. I'm sorry but you MUST have a picture or I'm not going to meet you. Communication is KEY, no beating around the bush and telling me all the things you think I want to hear just say it like it is and take your chances of it not working out. If it's meant to be, it will be. Please just be yourself. I also need someone who is secure and happy with himself and where he is in his life because only then will he be ready for a relationship. There seem to be many on here that aren't taking this real seriously. I'm not interested in a texting or *** If you are the type to text your first line of communication then you aren't the one for me....I'd much rather talk to you in person then an impersonal text message. :) I think the first date can vary and it's going to depend upon how we've hit it off on the phones calls. More than likely a first date would be for a drink after work or maybe going for a really great cup of cofee at a local coffee house.
