About Me

My profile may come across as very "Type A', but in actuality, I am a very laid back person and just trying to find balance between fun, serious, active, and relaxed in this great world of ours! I believe in doing things side by side with my man, but not everything has to be done together. I love spending my time dancing, being with friends, and doing sports. With dancing, it's salsa or swing dancing or 80's dancing. I have no pride and love to dance (my man doesn't have to dance). I am a sports freak. Mostly doing them (equestrian. triathlons, cycling, scuba, mountaineering, kayaking). Although, I also can be a couch potato. I love watching soccer, football and baseball. I'm so psyched as have finally recovered from dual shoulder injuries and I am now free after 2 years of "taking it easy"....it was a bummer! I am no "fluff chick" who expects her man to wait on her. In fact, I prefer to do things myself...that great feeling of accomplishing a goal. I've included all types of pics as my body type is somewhere in between Athletic/few extra pounds. I have broad shoulders, a ton of muscle mass, and just enough extra skin to make my girly parts "more fun". Pics included hiking at Blackcomb Glacier to go skiing out of bounds, and beach shot from 09, Halloween 09 as Xena Warrior Princess, and my self portrait with the SouthPark boys (I use to work there for 3 seasons)...I have sometimes very liberal humor on account of being on the payroll so long :P (at least, that's my excuse ;) I have lived all over North America, and I have met so many great people along the way. The warmth and trust that people have shown me has been overwhelming. It has shown me that working for relationships, being honest, and the respect that we show each other is the most important thing in the world. It always comes back "at us" what we put "out there"..and I have been so lucky to have met my friends (really, my extended family). My friends ARE part of my family. They validate who I am.     I usually like meeting people in person, but I've become less interested in night clubs and the bar scene. I pretty much never was into the drinking night life-lol. I'm more of a get-up-early-and-go-for-a-trail-run type of woman. I love, love, love the outdoors in almost every way possible. My idea of a great time is loading up the truck with bike, sneakers, wet suit and sun dress and driving out east early to run, bike, swim and then shower on the beach or somewhere, then go to dinner by the water. I can actually sit still though, really well too! I have four sons and they are the best thing I ever did in my life or could have achieved. I raised them and they are all my favorite people. My young men are always in my daily life, but they bounce back and forth to their Dad's and my home. I have one son who lives with me but all my boyz are all self-drivin. I am very proud of them. I love all music. One of my son's is a performer so I actually have to go to night clubs to watch him but that is really fun. Its the same with football- when my boyz are playing football, I love to watch, but I never really got into following a team on TV much, but that looks like fun too, I enjoy it when my sons are all screaming and yelling at the TV when an important game is on. I dont think that my perfect match has to do all the same things I do, but we would just have to complement one another and have respect and appreciation for each other.
