Disclaimer: I have read what I wrote and it tends to sound rather formal. That really isn’t who I am. I am a down to earth person who will pretty much tell it like it is (or at least how I see it). A personal example would be facing my fear of claustrophobia by crawling through an enclosed maze in the dark. My heart was beating out of my chest and I hated every second of it, but once I was through I was very proud of my accomplishment.Family and friends are a very important part of life. I was raised within a loving family and I am still close with all of them. Even though we are now scattered around the U.S., we stay in touch and visit when possible. If my family or a friend needed me, I take pride in being there to support them in whatever way I am able.I am an outgoing person. I love to make people laugh. I would say that my brand of humor is sarcastic, but not mean. I am honest, sometimes I think I might be too honest. If someone asks a question looking for the answer to be what he or she wants to hear, I may be the right person. However, if I sense that this is the case I will ask the person if they really want to hear my opinion. Just because I’m related to you or your friend doesn’t mean that I will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. I am an independent person, but I would love to find someone to share my life with. I don’t need anyone, but I want a special someone in my life. I feel that if you need someone, a relationship won’t work. If I need someone to be happy then I am not happy with myself, and honestly, it’s too much pressure to put on someone else to make them responsible for my happiness. I think it is important for two people to have shared interests, but also to have different interest as well. Variety is the spice of life, or so I have heard. The perfect first date is something that allows plenty of time for conversation and getting to know each other.
