in my life I seem to encounter waves of change… what I mean is, as I grow and my life's circumstances change around me, I seem to be constantly trying to redefine who I am. Switching careers, going through the phases of entering and then ending a marriage, moving, becoming a mom… all these events present challenges to maintaining a sense of individuality. I keep trying new things, new ways to keep it real and remind myself of the enjoyments of life.I love to write, but when I can't get to the computer or focus enough to put pen to paper I enjoy daydreaming. I smile a lot… because I'm usually thinking about things that make me laugh. I'm a little bit shy and try to cover it up by being silly.I play the flute, sometimes to get my daughters to eat their dinner but sometimes I just play it because I love playing. I belong to a flute choir, and we perform about once a month. I've played since I was really young, maybe third grade, and I still enjoy it every time I pick it up.     I am a self-taught artist and I love to listen to music on my spare time. My favorite show currently is X-Factor because I love to watch people sing and chase their dreams. I have been learning how to be a "dog person" in the last three years. It is hard work and very rewarding. Its so funny what a social life dogs have and cool how it has increased mine with other owners. I love going to the park for a good game of tennis..one game I never grow tired of. My daughter is 19. And unless I'm able to have another one of my own to make it yours mine n ours.
