How hard can this be? For me, it comes down to simple basics--the things we learned when we were young: be honest, be reliable, trustworthy, a good listener, cherish and love your family and friends, remember we are all different, but different is not "bad," never judge anyone--we all have opinions and in this country we have the liberty of "freedom of speech," however, sometimes it's best to keep our thoughts to ourselves. Never hurt with intent, never spread rumors--if that's how you play, get out of the sandbox. Always be a lady. Always be respectful of those younger and older.
