I am looking for a man with a fun personality, tall, good looks, likes to adventure out and also loves to stay home by the fire, He needs to have a warm heart and can make me laugh.I have children that fill my days with laughter and lots of love. I have two horses and love to ride on trails and do hunter paces. I'm not over the top like some equestrians I just love my horses. I embrace life for what it is worth and I don't take anything for granted. I believe you should love like you have never loved before and enjoy every day that is given to you. First dates are always awkward and uncomfortable until you get to know each other. I think doing something such as rock climbing, race track is much more relaxing than going to dinner or lunch for a first date.

; ***I am not interested in black guys. I'm sure you are wonderful and nice, but I am rarely attracted to a black man. (When you read "rarely", read about 1 out of 1,***. Do NOT assume you will be that one. Just move on. ***I am a big girl - if your dream girl is a size 6, 2 or 0, that's not me. I have an hour-glass figure, but it has several more minutes than J Lo's!Lots of guys on here seem to be looking for girls who have all the same interests that they do. I don't want a carbon copy of myself. Guys are more interesting to me if they have some interests DIFFERENT from mine. It brings something new to the table. And even if you and I have several interests the same, I will still sometimes want to do those things without you. Sorry - but being in love doesn't mean "joined at the hip" for me. Also, I am not looking for a workout partner. I like to sweat alone. This doesn't mean that we can't take bike rides together - it means that I won't be your spinning partner, nor cheering you on at Crossfit. My friends say that I am fun, funny and friendly. I try not to take myself or my life too seriously. I love a good time, but honestly I'm on here looking for something more. I'd like to find a man who is ready to settle down, at least in a serious relationship.I realize that won't happen on the first date, but please don't waste time (mine or yours) *** if all you're looking for is a good time or to get laid. All that being said, the guy I'm looking for would look good in jeans or a suit, but probably be found wearing jeans most of the time. He likes animals and kids, but might not have either. He likes sitting at home on the couch watching movies just as much as going out on the town until the wee hours of the morning, though he's found on the couch more often than not. He can be into sports - doing or watching - I'll be supportive, especially if it's basketball. He's affectionate - in private AND in public (holding hands, kisses). He's a basic good guy though he might look like a bad guy. He's loyal, faithful and dependable (and NO, those do not come together to mean "boring"!!). He's willing to take chances (on a new job, love, etc.), try new things (food, dance, music, etc.), open his mind (to new ideals, new experiences) and he would NEVER say, "I'm too old for that." (WARNING: If these words (or any variation thereof) do leave your mouth, be prepared for that to be our last date.) I think a good first date involves some activity where you can actually talk to each other and get to know a little bit about the other person. Walking through an art gallery, walking through a local flea market, a long walk on a beach, dinner together - any one of these would be good. If your idea of a good first date is "coffee, so we can see if we have chemistry" - I probably won't write to you because 15 minutes of coffee is NOT the way to find out if you have chemistry. That is a way to find out if you think someone looks "hot." Also, if you ask me out, expect to pay for the date. You are supposed to be wooing me, impressing me, something! Asking me to pay for my meal (go Dutch) or asking me to pay for the ENTIRE meal will ensure you don't get a second date. I pay for my own meal all the time when I go out alone - I don't need you along to be able to pay for my own meal. : ) I know times are tough right now, but a date doesn't have to cost anything. I gave several examples above of good free dates. (Don't misinterpret this as me being a gold digger or looking for a sugar daddy. I am not. I am looking for a gentleman who knows how to treat a lady on a date.)

I am an easy going person. I like to have a good laugh. I like to travel and see different places whether it be a day trip or weekend. I have a full life and am not looking for someone who needs to fill a void or is expecting to take up every free moment. I have twin grandchildren and they are a big part of my life. Family is a priority. I am looking to date but not to rush into anything. I want a committed relationship at the right time with the right person. I do enjoy companionship balanced. I love music and enjoy karaoke - I am not good at it though, Ill admit that upfront. I really can't describe all of my thoughts and interests in a paragraph nor do I want to. If you are interested id like to hear from you. I do not really enjoy this chat stuff, I find it boring getting to know someone through a computer. I guess I'm old school when it come to meeting someone my preference is to meet and see if there is an attraction. I loose interest in on line relationships...;) Thank you ! An ideal first date would be meeting for a coffee, tea or a drink with no further expectations. I lost my rule book:)
