Woman. 44 years old. Zodiac sign: Capricorn.
Looking for: man. In age: 41-51
I am an artist, a mother and a business woman. After 17 years of marriage, two beautiful children and 3 years focusing on me, my kids and my work......I am ready to meet my beloved. The man who will steal my heart, be my soft place to fall, my best friend, the one I call "home". I'm an independent and passionate woman, who likes her freedom and her space but wants to share her life with another. I am happiest in nature, in the woods and meadows, up a mountain, by the lake......Sunsets and sunrises make me smile, being cosy by a fire is my passion, dinner reservations off the beaten track and sunday mornings in bed reading the paper are some of the things that make up my idea of a beautiful life. Im very spiritual, my work is spiritually themed, so being open to that is important to me. I believe we have many soulmates, that for different phases of our lives......Im ready to meet the one for this time right now. I'm looking for that other soul who will make my heart burst....someone to inspire me and for me to inspire back. Someone who is strong, emotionally secure, is comfortable in his own skin and not afraid to be alone.....but ready to be cherished and loved. I have lots to give, and lots to receive, i have clear boundaries and an open heart......I cant wait to meet you :) my hope is like everyone elses.....theres a spark from your heart to mine and from mine to yours and a flame is lit.

Woman. 41 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 38-48
I like to have fun and am open to most activities, especially outside (except when it's cold). I am very open and honest so be ready for that. I don't play games and really want to meet someone who is fun, easy and relaxing. I work hard all week and have two children so having a man in my life who makes me laugh and relax is very important to me. I prefer to not do the planning. I wont hesitate to voice any ideas but like for the man to do the planning.

What does that mean: "I'm Not Done?" It means that I'm still living my life. I travel for fun, and this I take quite seriously. For about the last five years I've spent at least one month out of every twelve traveling, and I am having the time of my life. I'm having a blast finding out what the world looks like outside of a television screen or a photograph. I abhor the dull, the boring, the ordinary.Mostly I travel for music. There are a few bands I really like, and for me nothing beats seeing them live. (Bonus points if you know what Red Rocks, the Ryman Auditorium, and Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers are without having to look them up.)My taste in music is pretty open. Mostly I like "organic" music: music that's played on *** require skill and discipline to play. I am not a fan of electronic music or anything wholly created on a computer or played back pre-recorded during a live show. I like some bluegrass, some folk, some rock, some metal. What matters most to me is genuineness, depth, and passion being expressed in music. I also love equine sports, especially thoroughbred racing. A day at the track is one of my favorite ways to spend my free time, but I haven't had a chance to do that in a while. I also enjoy hockey, but haven't been more than a casual follower for several years. Canine agility events are always cool to witness, and I have trained a couple of border collies (my favorite breed) in agility and flyball. Currently my pets consist of a Jardine's parrot and a Tibetan spaniel.I'm looking for someone who is fun and adventurous, someone who's not afraid of being who he is and who has a genuine appreciation for music that comes from the soul.UPDATE: Okay, so I have been getting a lot of guys messaging me asking if I am a groupie. Let me just begin by saying this is the best way not only to get no response from me, ever, but also to piss me off. Just because I'm female doesn't mean my attraction to live music is based on a desire to sleep with the band members. It IS actually possible for females to appreciate and recognize the qualities of the music itself. It really depends on the interests of my date. I'm open to suggestions, but if that includes clichés like "dinner and a movie" or "grab a cup of coffee" it might be a turn-off. These things are commonplace, and at this point I've done common to death. It's boring; I prefer anti-boring. Basically just somewhere doing something fun and engaging that lets our real personalities show.
