    I know that it's important to find balance in life. I work full-time and have a part time job. I have two great kids, who I am extremely close with.     Warm weather agrees with me. I like to be outside for cycling and tennis. The ride definitely pushed me to work on hill rides. Whew! I finished up the trip with a few days on the beac in Croatia.
