I'm spontaneous...I am in the process of making big changes in my life. 3 months ago I found myself at my heaviest weight of my life. That's not me... I was a gym rat and so very active. My job had kinda killed that. But I've lost 26 pounds and have goals to meet over the next year. It's a journey towards better health and a happier me. I would love to have someone to do it with me or be there to encourage me along the way! I have 4 amazing children (3 still at home) that are respectful and polite as well as fantastic athletes!
