I am a busy working Mom who enjoys cooking, reading, and playing words with friends, yes, I know crazy but I like it. As for my taste in music, it is like my taste in everything else..... I like classical, southern rock, some country, some pop, some rap, as long as it sounds good, I like it.A few dislikes.....1) Men who are not emotionally ready for a relationship but say they are. Everyone is entitled to a past but deal with yours before professing your desire for a relationship.2) racism- I read this from another profile and decided to use it. We have a black president... Get over it! He's not an idiot... That would make him the opposite if an idiot. 3) Homophobes- They are not evil and have every right to be here, marry etc. 4) closed minded men- your opinion is not the only one. It's your opinion. I may have a different one. That doesn't mean I can't like you and it doesn't mean I will try to change your mind so don't try to change mine.5) too serious- I like men who can laugh at themselves and me when I say something stupid.I'm looking for a serious relationship, if you're not then don't waste my time. On a first, I would like a gentleman to pick me up and take me to dinner at a nice place. It does not have to be overly fancy or pretentious, although I am comfortable with fine dining. I enjoy good conversation. After dinner, I would like to visit an exhibit or museum. Some place that allows for more conversation. Then to top off the night, coffee or a night cap. Again more conversation.

I would like to find someone that will start out as friends. I've been hurt in the past so trust is a big thing for me. You must be trustworthy and honest. Im shy to start with but will open up after I get to know someone a lil better. I'm a single parent of 3 girls. They are now 21, 16 & 12, I have raised them by myself and am proud of how they are growing up to be beautiful young women. Now I feel its time to find someone to be in my life for me. I like to do several things like cooking out, going to demo or dirt track races, tractor pulls, watch nascar, go to baseball games. I like lots of different music, watching movies, reading. I spend a lot of time going to watch my girls in their band concerts & competitions during the school year. They keep me busy. I do put my kids first in a lot of things but am finding I have a lot of weekends free when they are off doing their own social things with friends.As I stated above I am shy to start, once you get to know me I can be sarcastic, funny and love to laugh. I am big hearted and willing to help out someone if I can (or you could say pay it forward). I will speak my mind if I feel I have been wronged. I am independent, stubborn, impatient and sometimes insecure. I will admit an apologize if I am wrong. I'm NOT perfect but I AM perfect for someone out there.I think this quote fits me. I'm selfish, impatient and a lil insecure. I make mistakes. I am out of control and hard to handle at times. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best. ~ I do sin, but not the devil.
